On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright open-plan living and dining space with a modern Scandi feel — complete with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, and a Smart TV for relaxing evenings. The dining area seats four, making it ideal for shared meals.

The traditional-style kitchen at the rear is fully equipped for your stay, featuring wooden cabinets, a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso Citiz coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.

Upstairs are two stylish bedrooms — a double in the master and twin single beds in the second bedroom — both with premium bed linens for a restful night’s sleep. The family bathroom is modern and spacious, boasting a bathtub, walk-in shower, WC, and basin.

🏡 House Rules:
• No Parties — Strictly no parties or events. Breaching this rule will result in removal without refund, and your deposit may be used for additional costs. Please respect quiet hours after 9pm.
• No Smoking Indoors — A £500 charge applies if evidence of smoking is found inside.

🚗 Parking:
• Free on-site parking for one vehicle.

👶 Travel Cot:
• Provided free of charge for ages 0-36 months — linen not included.

🧶 LINEN & TOWEL CARE
Please help us keep our linens and towels in excellent condition for all guests.
We kindly ask that towels are not used for removing makeup or cleaning spills, and that food and drinks are kept away from beds where possible.
Where bed linen or towels are excessively stained or damaged beyond normal use and cannot be professionally cleaned, the cost of replacement may be charged.
If an accident happens during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help.
