One-bedroom apartment located on the 5th floor with an elevator, only 180mt from the beach, it can host up to five guests. It is composed of a bedroom with a double bed plus a single sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, a balcony with sea view, and a full bathroom with a shower. The building offers a shared swimming pool, and one uncovered parking space is included. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance. °Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, décor and colors may vary)
