- Bedroom 1 (to the right of the entrance) with 140 x 190 bed (air-conditioned)
- Bedroom 2 (to the left of the entrance) with 2 children's beds 90 x 190 (air-conditioned)
- Bedroom 3 (adjoining the previous one) with 2 90 x 200 beds, convertible into 1 large 180 x 200 bed (air-conditioned)
- Complete bathroom (mounted sink, bathtub, Italian shower)
- Independent toilets (with equipment for very young children)
- Gym (treadmill, and yoga/muscle strengthening/pilate mats
Floor (on the ground floor on the tuc):
- Double living room opening onto the American kitchen
- Master suite with 1 particularly comfortable 180 x 200 bed, with its large dressing room and bathroom (double sink and double shower for lovers)

The garden, although minimalist, allows you to enjoy it out of sight, while relaxing in the jacuzzi after a good sports session on the ground floor, taking care to shower before.
