The Beach Ball is new to the market and recently updated! It is a spacious twin with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 floors, a large sunroom and plenty of living space. The house is in Village Green on Cape May Island, 1/2 mile to beach, close to restaurants, and the famous Washington Street Walking Mall. It is recently updated with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, fresh paint, new TVs, stainless steel appliances, grill, and plenty more.

There are two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, full bathroom, and a bright/enclosed sunroom on the first floor. The second floor boasts 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom to provide plenty of living space(the top bunk has a 165lb limit).Outside you will find a shower, grill, and a large garage. The garage offers plenty of storage space and increased security for your bicycles and other personal belongings. We will include fishing poles, chairs, table, boogie boards, skim boards, and beach toys. 4 Beach tags are provided with the house. Bed linens and towels are not provided. Linen services can be suggested upon request.

You must be over 25 to book this property. The neighborhood is quiet, family-friendly, and full of charm. No loud parties.

The house was perfect for our ladies weekend with four women. We each had our own bedroom and there was a bathroom to share for the two upstairs bedrooms and one for the two downstairs bedrooms. We spent a lot of time hanging out in the living room and enjoyed our breakfast and charcuterie using the kitchen. Had the weather been better we would have been able to walk for our shopping and dinner trips.

Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood was quiet, the walk to the beach was about 10 minutes, and the walk into town was about 20-30 minutes. The house fit us all and the sunroom was a nice bonus. Plenty of car space too! The only thing that would have been useful is a dishwasher. Overall we all enjoyed our stay at this home and in Cape May!

Beautiful House, Great Time, Awesome Hosts!

What a wonderful time we had at our favorite beach, Cape May! The house was spotless and the communication with the hosts was great! If I had to say one thing that was somewhat bothersome, it would be the $200 cleaning fee attached to a large list of tasks that need to be completed by guests prior to check-out. Still 5 stars!

Cape May Beach Trip

Had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and in a good location. The landlord was very responsive when needed. Loved the back sun room! Was great for reading, relaxing, and playing board games. Only a mile walk from downtown and a 1/2 mile walk to the beach. Beach passes were provided which was very helpful. Tip for Cape May - Make sure you have cash.

Great Stay

On short notice, my family decided to join friends, who typically go to Cape May each year. I found this property which looked very clean and family friendly on the site and ultimately I was incredibly pleased to see that was true in person. Everything is very new the space is perfect for a family possibly more. The location is very close to the beach and walkable to the main area for the kids to enjoy beach Avenue. The whole area is incredibly family friendly, and this property was perfect for us to enjoy our time in Cape May.
