Good location. The building is a little sketchy but the apartment was tastefully decorated. We did have bugs in the room and kitchen.

During a 15 day trip in this wonderful country we exchanged 10 apartments and this was the worst of them. The property owner is good and caring, there is parking with electric gate and hot water in the shower, but these are the only positive things to say about the apartment. The pictures do not reflect the truth.  The apartment is located on the first floor on Main Street, with no view, poor apartment maintenance. The apartment is, to say the least, the kitchen cabinets have not been cleaned in a long time, the kettle with rust, the contaminated apartment balcony, the shower ceiling with mold, the bedroom windows are directed to the staircase corridor and although there are curtains they do not hide the bedroom and the bed and anyone can look. Plus the front door to the apartment with a very simple key and despite a door closing the feeling that it is not secure enough.

Comfortable stay

Very clean apartment with great self catering facilities, as well as laundry facilities. Our children enjoyed sleeping in the lounge by the television. The apartment had plenty space for a family of four. The apartment is located within walking distance to the beach, Green Point Park and various restaurants.

Convenient, but affected by road noise

The apartment itself is satisfactory - the bed a little narrow for a couple, but the sofa-bed comfortable apparently. A little strange that the only bathroom is off the bedroom - awkward and slightly disconcerting for the person on the lounge based sofa-bed which required walking through the bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped and also had a washing-machine and dryer which was very useful. Location is 5-10 minutes from CBD and / or the V&A Waterfront, BUT it's on a busy road and the traffic noise (especially from the minibuses tooting for passengers) could disturb all but the deepest sleepers.

Nice 1 bedroom apartment. Location is great. Close to beach front. Cynthia (owner) had some fruits, carton of milk and a bottle of water ready before we checked in. She is a very nice person too.

Nice apartment in a quiet city zone.

A nice apartment in a nice area of town just a few minutes drive from the waterfront. The only bathroom is in the bedroom and it is uncomfortable if you are staying in more than two people.

Reasonable and convenient apartment

The apartment is close to the beach, and the communications is also convenient. The reception personnel is very friendly, and the room's space is spacious for three people.
