The UPS did not work so the internet did not work during the loadshedding. We pointed that out immediately but nothing was done. I requested compensation for that but nobody came back to me. Host Agent acted arrogant towards us and I will not recommend them.

Family trip

A small but well equipped flat. There's no lift. Plenty of lights for load shedding were provided. The main issue with the flat is the second bedroom. The windows were broken which meant that they cannot be locked. The flat is next to a river. Myself and my son were sleeping in that room and we're both eaten for dinner by flies and mosquitoes!
