Sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and Lion's head, this 4 bedroom villa is just spectacular!



The Space:

4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, vast open plan kitchen / living area and large balcony with private pool and sweeping views - what more could you ask for?



The main living of the villa is open-plan with high ceilings and floor to ceiling glass doors. There is an informal living area which has luxurious seating for 10. This room is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sensational views.



Inter-leading with this area is the formal TV area with comfortable seating for 6 and a large wooden 12-seater dining table. Both these rooms lead onto a deck with a swimming pool and sun loungers. The kitchen is a raised open plan area and overlooks the TV lounge and dining table.



Spectacular ocean views can be enjoyed from all rooms of this incredible Camps Bay villa.



All 4 bedrooms are situated on the top floor and have en-suite bedrooms with access onto the top balcony with wonderful ocean views.

Everything in the house works during load shedding including all lights, plugs and air con is backed up by the inverter system.

Unbeatable location and stunning views

This property is gorgeous and when you sit on the couch peering out at the ocean, you forget there is anything between you and the ocean. Check in was fine, but awkward first interaction with the gentleman who met us there. The home needs a good cleaning and communication with the management company is a bit wonky. And, there are 63 - yup you read that correct, 63 steps from the ground to the front door, straight up. Luckily we’re healthy and able bodied. This doesn’t include the additional 20+ stairs up to the bedrooms. Also, there is someone else who lives on the property in another “in law” apartment looking building. I couldn’t get a straight answer from management who exactly was there and that was sketchy since the crime rate in SA is so high. Ultimately, we all were safe and nothing went sideways, but the management guy (?) was there frequently and that was also strange. No generator backup for load shedding so be prepared for power outages. Glad to have laundry and they provided detergent. Not at all a bad experience, but different. As property owners ourselves, we found some things curious. Perhaps just cultural differences? 🤷🏻‍♀️
