The Space
The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen, a
beautiful dining space, and a cozy lounge; perfect for sharing meals,
relaxing after a day of exploring, or enjoying quiet nights in.
The kitchen is ideal for home-cooked meals and includes a dishwasher
and washing machine for added convenience. It flows seamlessly into the
dining area with generous seating for relaxed breakfasts or group
dinners. The lounge offers a plush sofa and TV with Netflix, creating a
welcoming space to unwind. Large windows open up to lovely views of
Green Point and the waterfront, filling the space with natural light.
The main bedroom is designed for rest and comfort, featuring a
king-size bed, ample cupboard space, and a dedicated desk for remote
work. The en-suite bathroom includes both a walk-in shower and a
soaking bathtub. The second bedroom offers two single beds (which can
be converted into a king), a desk, and a charming sunroom which is
perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun. A second bathroom with a
walk-in shower is conveniently located nearby.
