"Casa Stella + Casa Susanne" is a beautifully furnished 5-room vacation rental spanning 175 m2 across 3 levels, accommodating a maximum of 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The property features tasteful and carefully curated interiors distributed thoughtfully over its multiple floors.
On the main level, you will find 1 double bedroom with characteristic sloping ceilings, offering direct access to the patio. This floor also includes a combined kitchen and living room equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and 5 gas rings, as well as a dining table and a further exit to the patio. A shower and WC complete this level.
On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, a small living and dining room with a dining nook and kitchen corner provides additional communal space, along with a shower and WC. This floor also benefits from a direct exit to the terrace.
The upper floor features an open living and sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace included purely for decorative purposes, and access to the terrace. On the 2nd upper floor, again with sloping ceilings, you will find 2 double bedrooms sharing a shower, bidet, and WC.
