The Space:

Charming apartment located in a private mansion in the city center of Carcassonne, characteristic of the city's architectural past. It will be the ideal starting point for visiting the city and its surroundings.



The apartment on one level offers in a row:

- a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, micro -wave, oven, Nespresso, kettle) and open to the living room and the terrace.

- the television lounge, with its generously sized sofa,

- the dining room, bright as can be, and tastefully furnished,

n- the bedroom and its king-size bed,

- the bathroom equipped with a bathtub and has a hairdryer.



Outside, the vast green terrace will offer an ideal relaxation space for your stay. A large shade protects the garden furniture and you have an outdoor dining room.



You have a laundry room with washing machine and dryer line. An ironing board and an iron are available.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the apartment.



Parking will be in paid public car parks in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.



Located in the city center, you will find a good number of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and food shops within a 10-minute walk around the apartment.



The medieval city is a 15-minute walk away, the SNCF train station is 10 minutes away. You will have shuttles connecting you from Carcassonne airport, which is 3 kilometers away.



An hour's drive around the city, you can enjoy the beaches of the Mediterranean, at Narbonne beach, the first foothills of the Pyrenees, the Montagne Noire (last rampart of the Massif central) or the charms of Toulouse.

Late arrivals and departures Late arrivals are possible for an extra charge.

On your arrival you will find the minimum necessary before leaving on vacation, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, detergent, and sponges.



Household linen (tea towel and rug bath) is included.

Bed linen and towels are also included in the price.

A mandatory package of \intermediate cleaning" is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. However, the house must not be left dirty when the tenants leave. We ask our tenants to leave the house in the same condition as they found it when they arrived (clean kitchen and bathroom). , refrigerator and cupboards emptied, no visible dirt, trash removed, etc.) If the house is left dirty, the tenant will have a deduction from the deposit for the additional time spent cleaning the house, at the rate of €35/hour.
