Faultless; an excellent hotel, professionally run, very welcoming, motivated and efficient staff, scrupulously clean bedrooms in which everything worked, set in an idyllic location making for a peaceful stay, with the added benefit of gym and spa facilities. Our room number 5 was paint peeling off the wall scabs peeling off, plaster exposed & very dated, was told we couldn’t use the pool due to reaching its capacity, after explaining we had meal booked at a restaurant ‘ had little time we were allowed in to see 7/8 people in a pool, it wasn’t near its capacity.

Lovely staff, tired rooms, nice pool.

We loved the pool and spa area and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The decor is somewhat tired but we did have a nice bright room with opening windows and adjustable radiators, which is always a plus. The breakfast was dull, basic bread, all the hot dishes precooked and sitting on top of heaters, lukewarm. The coffee was ok. It would have been lovely to have some local produce, real bread rolls etc.

The property in my opion is very tired and run down. Spa staff were friendly and the treatment was lovely, but there was a mix up with appointments which should never have happened in the first place. Wouldnt visit again sorry.

The room was spacious with a lovley big soft bed which was lovley to sleep it. The bedding was soft and a pleasure to lie on good nights sleep. We enjoyed the facilities and the food very much. There was an issue with shutting the bathroom door, we had to slam it to shut it properly and when it locked, it was a struggle to get out. The room was lovley and clean but could have done with a bigger light it was quiet dark. The spa area was beautifully clean and the muriels amazing. We didnt ise the gym bit they had everything you could want there. The staff were friendly and polite and always happy to help. We would definitely go again. Thank you
