The apartment is fully air-conditioned (living room and bedrooms).
The best thing about this apartment: a location just a stone's throw from the city center while being quiet, a breathtaking sea view of the Tour d'Omigna, possibility of reaching Pero beach in 20 minutes on foot.
There is no parking reserved for the residence but a large parking lot at the bottom of the building is available.
