Had my guys booked to stay here and after 3 days the job finished early. Tried to get a refund back from the hotel and they refused to refund me for the remaining days left on the rooms. overall it was a lot of money that we didn't get back. Expedia, has nothing to do with the refund, it's up to the hotel to refund you the money back. And they denied the refund.

No matter how hard we try, the room door closed with a bang. Bring your own wipes and towel to the gym. Elevator was quirky; on the first floor would not work; it kept opening even after we pressed the close button. The door worked when we took the elevator on the second floor. Breakfast was poorly laid out. Coffee ups were not put out. The pancake batter machine was empty.

The management was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good. Nice fitness room with weights and cardio machines. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and nice, not a great location as there was a road in front and behind the hotel. We noticed a large amount of workers stayed at the hotels in this area. The breakfast items were not hot and the juices seemed watered down. Convenient location to the caverns.
