The staff was quite unfriendly. The lady with glasses who was on duty on Thanksgiving Eve was cold, unsmiling, and not helpful at all. If she continues to work there, I definitely won’t stay at this hotel again. Additionally, the hotel charges $15 per night for parking, while the Hampton Inn in the same parking lot offers free parking — which is extremely annoying

Beautiful hotel, easy check in. On my floor there was a large carpet being replaced and huge area of the carpet missing. But other than that a very nice place to stay at.

The first room we were given at the farthest away from the front desk had a TV that did not work. Tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work. Had to grab our belongings and hike back to the front desk. Second room which was above the room we had initially been assigned had another TV that didn't work. .We were given a third room and in the middle of the night the bathroom floor was flooded and my husband almost fell. The sprinkler head was leaking

We had an amazing stay! Everyone on the staff was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We loved being able to check in early, and the continental breakfast was delicious. The room was super clean, and the hotel’s location was perfect—just a short drive to Legoland and the outlets. We’ll definitely be staying here again!
