Tervetuloa Carmelin laaksonäkymiin !!

Hyödyntäkää tämä harvinainen tilaisuus perheellesi tai ryhmällesi oleskella hiljattain uusitussa, tilavassa kodissa Carmelissa, Kaliforniassa. Tämä neljän makuuhuoneen neljä ++ kylpyamme ja erillinen bonushuone, jossa on lisäistuimia ja 55 ": n taulu T. V. Tämä koti tarjoaa vieraille laajat panoraamanäkymät Carmel-laaksoon ja Santa Lucian vuoristoon itään ja etelään. Vierailijat löytävät usein näkymät Tyynellemerelle lounaaseen merikerroksesta riippuen.

Valley Viewin äskettäin uudistettu versio sisältää uudet puulaudat, uuden valkoisen Shaker-keittiön graniittiset työtasot, huippuluokan ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, uudet kalusteet ja uudet kylpyhuoneet. Jopa pesutupa on uusia kaappeja ja laitteita !!!

Valley Views -tason ylemmällä tasolla on olohuone, ruokailutila, täydellinen keittiö, jossa on runsaasti kaappia ja vastatilaa, pelihuone, jossa biljardipöytä ja kolme (3) sänkyä, joissa kaikissa on oma marmorilla valmistettu kylpyamme.

Olohuoneessa on korkealaatuinen nahkaosasto, puupuristuspäätypöydät, vaihdettava penkki / sohvapöytä ja uusi, iso 4K UHD -taulutelevisio.
  
Master-sviitissä on uusi Cal King -sänky, ylelliset lakanat, uusi, iso 4K UHD-taulutelevisio ja spa-kaltainen Master-kylpyamme, jossa on erillinen kylpyamme, suihkukaappi, pyyhkeet ja liinavaatteet. Ulko-ovella on vieraille pääsy takaluukulle, suljettuun pihaan ja puutarhaan.

Valley Viewin toisen makuuhuoneen sviitissä on mahdollisuus valita uusi king-vuode tai kaksi uutta erillistä vuodetta, joissa molemmissa on ylelliset vuodevaatteet ja vuodevaatteet. Tämä huone tarjoaa vieraille myös uuden suuren 4K UHD -taulutelevision. Äskettäin uusittu, oma kylpyhuone on täysin varustettu vastaamaan vieraiden tarpeita.

Päätaso pyöristetään puoli kylpy- / jauhehuoneella, runsaalla säilytys- ja kaappitilalla ja helposti saavutettavalla tilavalla pyykkisalilla, joka on varustettu uudella, tehokkaalla Samsung-pesukoneella ja -kuivaimella.

Valley View'n erillinen alataso koostuu media- / pelihuoneesta, jossa on 9'-katot, ja bonuksesta / makuuhuoneesta. Jokaisessa huoneessa on oma erillinen sisäänkäynti ja alemmalla tasolla on ylimääräinen täysi kylpyamme. Mediahuoneessa ja bonushuoneessa on myös suuret 4K UHD -taulutelevisiot. Alemmalla tasolla on myös upeat näkymät Carmeliin ja Carmelin laaksoon.

Valley Views Carmel - May 2025

6 night stay - 7 people including 2 seniors and 2 children (6 and 9). House was bright and clean and kitchen was well equipped with equipment and utensils. Dining room was great. Check-in was easy and staff responded quickly to special request. 4th bedroom downstairs is not accessible within the house and not quite same quality level as rest of the house. Living room furniture was not comfortable.

Gorgeous house. Great views.

We loved our time at the house. It was beautiful. The kitchen had a nice assortment of appliances. We were all over 50 and we rented all 4 rooms. I will say it was challenging to get to the 4 room down the hill but once there it was spacious. Highly recommend

Great location, the house was nicely laid out. Loved how the kitchen was well stocked as it was my own home. The only thing they could use is a splash guard, to cover the pans, when cooking. Would definitely rent again.

Great Place

We had four couples staying for a golf weekend and we loved the place. The bedrooms, kitchen, family room, decks and fire pit were all great. The house is also within a mile of Carmel by the Sea, making it a very short drive or nice walk away from us. The only issue that maybe could be addressed for future guests is the lack of water pressure. I’m not sure if it’s a California thing, but none of the showers had good water pressure for the whole weekend. Despite that, we highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here on our next trip to Carmel.

Lovely Place

We really enjoyed this rental. Beautiful Views and the pool and ping pong tables were great for entertainment. Well equipped kitchen (except need some better spatulas). The only criticism we have is that the living room furniture was not comfortable, this is the only reason it was not overall 5 stars. Everything else was exceptional.

Great place to accommodate families.

Accommodated our family of five and one child very well. The place is very nice, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Fun pool table area. Highly recommend. The only issue we had is the sheets were not fresh in the lower apt area. We had to change them ourselves upon arrival.

Inaccurate information

The house was truly lovely! However, it was advertised as having 4 bedrooms. The house actually had 3 bedrooms with en suite baths) - wonderful. Each bedroom had a queen bed. Our 4th bedroom was downstairs with outside access only - you had to walk down an unlit dirt path to access (these details were never mentioned in the description). It was dangerous to be carrying luggage down and to get to in the dark. Also there was an issue with the heat in this downstairs unit. With phone call communication, these issues were dealt with - but only after one very unpleasant night (of our 3 night stay) for one of our group. After our departure we communicated these issues with the owner and we have yet to hear. A refund of some kind should have been offered for the inconvenience: (1) one of our guests was extremely uncomfortable for one night; (2) we spent time contacting the owner and dealing the maintenance; (3) the description of the facility was inaccurate as we expected all bedrooms to be contained in and accessible from the interior of the house.

Perfect home for 4 couples. All had their own full bathroom plus a half bath for general use. The only drawback was you must walk along Highway 1 if walking into town. But otherwise, we will book again and again! Marcus was a wonderful Host!

Great house for a group

6 females in our 70’s enjoyed the property. The only drawback was the difficulty for older folks who also need the apartment to access. The driveway is quite steep and the steps down to the apartment are not easy to traverse. It was comfortable for the 4 staying upstairs. The upstairs is very user friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a great time staying at this beautiful house. They had a pool table and ping pong table which our family used often. The host went above and beyond with their communication and responding quickly to our questions. Would stay here again when visiting Carmel.

Great House with Perfect Location to Pebble Beach

The house was perfect for the 4 couples in our group! Everything was clean and the location to the Pebble Beach golf courses was great, being less than 10 minutes away! My only suggestion is to put some blinds or covering over the master bedroom outside door. Besides that, we highly recommend this property and would stay again!

Great stay for a family vacation in Carmel

Check-in and check-out was very smooth and our experience at the property was also excellent. The location is very close to popular attractions in the area and very conveniently situated to nearby amenities. The property was very clean and had everything we needed from entertainment to accommodations and even kitchen appliances.

Great Spring Break

We had a great stay at this home. It had both great, comfortable spaces for us to hang out together, but also plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was beautiful and so well equipped! We had a great time exploring Carmel, the beach, and nearby views and vistas:)

House on the Hill

The house is very beautiful, the views are really nice. It is hard to find a nice listing with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. We had a little difficulty finding the house, we needed to make a right then a quick left. We missed the second sign. The location is really close to everything, We had a very nice time and the house was exactly as shown. One comment, it could use a full length mirror. We really enjoyed our stay.

What a great property!

We love this house. locations is perfect - not far from Carmel - not far from Monterey / Seaside. LOVED that every bedroom has it's own full bathroom with shower! very pet friendly - views are unbelievable. Kitchen was well stocked. Pool table is so fun. just GREAT!

Beautifully renovated and Convenient Location

A spacious home that was close to the golf courses we played. Nice views, updated furniture and appliances with a generous supply of dishes, glassware and cookware. Easy to work with management company.

This property was perfect. Everyone had plenty of space, it was clean, well-stocked and the property management company was amazing! One thing to note that we weren't aware of when we booked, is that the separate bedroom is only accessible from outside and is a short, steep walk down the driveway. We originally thought this space would have been perfect for my parents, but it turned out to not be an easy entrance for them to navigate. The driveway is definitely steep. Other than that, everything was perfect.
