Carnac visit

Property was well proportioned and set out which was perfect for our visit. Location was perfect. Unfortunately internet wasn’t working which was an issue for some of our party who needed connection for work purposes, we had chosen a property advertising internet connection for this purpose so it was quite an inconvenience.

Situation et taille du terrain : très bien. L’intérieur est en revanche décevant : salon, salle à manger et cuisine sont ok. En revanche l’aménagement et la décoration des autres pièces (notamment les chambres) ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix demandé: 4000€/semaine. Seules 2 chambres sur les 5 sont avec lit double. Les autres sont avec 2 lits de 90 ! Il manquait 1 lunette sur les wc! Les tables de nuit valent 10€ les 2 chez Conforama. 1 partie de la vaisselle est en plastique et pas de torchon

Une grande maison mal équipée

Nous avions remarqué que les commentaires précédents évoquaient un soucis d'équipement. C'est vraiment dommage qu'ils ne soient pas pris en compte par les propriétaires. La maison est top, très bien placée, spacieuse mais mal entretenue et mal équipée. 5 chaises de jardin pour 13 personnes, transats cassés, parasol inutilisable, manque d'abattant, ampoules HS, problèmes d'électricité dans le séjour. Une salle de douche inutilisable (remplacez le mitigeur par un thermostatique pour que la porte puisse s'ouvrir!). A 4000€ la semaine il nous semble judicieux de s'occuper de ces détails pour faciliter le séjour des prochains locataires.

Grande maison spacieuse, grand jardin , manque d'entretien: peinture, douche extérieure , peu de meubles dans les chambres, lampes et eclairage défaillant, meuble cassé non renouvelé, garage non rangé, pas néttoyé , electroménager médiocre , parasol cassé; ménage insuffisant: containeur poubelle, four, terrasse, garage . Dommage, belle maison, confortable necessitant un peu plus d'entretien.

Excellente situation et belle maison avec un beau jardin …MAIS des détails embêtants : pas d’abattant de WC dans la salle de bains de la suite parentale, un seul transat pour une maison de 10 personnes, pas de parasol , barbecue en fin de vie… Propreté du frigidaire douteuse , ménage général bâclé. C’est dommage et surprenant à ce niveau de prix. A améliorer (facilement)

Belle et vaste villa très lumineuse située près d’une belle plage.

Literie de qualité, sanitaires propres et en adéquation avec le nombre de chambres. A l’étage, vastes chambres et une salle de jeu bien agréable pour les enfants. Nous avons émis quelques remarques concernant la propreté des plaques de cuisson à l’arrivée. Des couverts de cuisines en plus grand nombre ainsi que des couteaux et un batteur électrique seraient bienvenus. Quelques détails signalés : Plusieurs ampoules défaillantes , parasol instable. Mais à part ces détails, c’est une belle location que nous relouerons peut-être lors d’un prochain séjour.

Maison très confortable, spacieuse , chambres salles de bains parfait cependant un entretien et un renouvellement des réfrigérateurs, lave-vaisselle plaques vitrocéramique et four seraient souhaitables. Tout date un peu! Cela est dommage. On apprécierait un rangement préalable de fournitures diverses dans le garage, la réparation de la douche extérieure et une amélioration de l’eclairage Des pièces en général. Ce manque d’entretien et de nettoyage est un peu regrettable ,
