This comfortable, fully renovated apartment is a peaceful pied-à-terre, ideal for a stay as a couple or with family while discovering the region.

Located in the Le Domaine des Tadornes residence in Carnac, 1 km from the yacht club, the Grande Plage and Légenèse beach. The beach centre of the resort and its shops are 1300 m away. The Thalasso tennis courts are located 500 m away. The nearest supermarket is 800 m away. Auray and its station are about fifteen kilometres away.

Herausragendes Appartement mit kleinen Mängeln

Wunderschönes, gepflegtes, bis in das kleinste Detail liebevoll durchgestyltes Appartement auf zwei Ebenen mit großem Balkon Markise und unverstellter Aussicht in täglich gepflegter, abgeschlossener Gesamtanlage mit großem Pool. Perfekt ausgestattete, neue Küche mit Weinkühler.Leider nur ein einziges, 0,8 m2 großes Mini-WC ohne Handwaschbecken im Untergeschoss, Bad ohne WC im Obergeschoss mit den Schlafzimmern. WLAN verfügbar, Erstanmeldung aber sehr kompliziert und nur teilweise möglich bzw. sehr instabil. Bei anderem Technikproblem schnelle und freundliche Abhilfe durch die Wohnungsverwaltungsagentur.Carnac und Umgebung mit wunderschönen Stränden, Wochenmärkten und einzigartigen Welterbe-Kulturgütern (Menhir-Felder).Wie kommen gerne wieder!
