Casa Al Mare is a charming 1st floor beachfront condo in the heart of Carolina Beach! Fully remodeled, this bright space boasts ocean views, a pool and easy beach access, perfect for a restful getaway.




At Casa Al Mare you can walk everywhere avoid CB parking fees. Visit the boardwalk -lined with pizza, donut, arcades, ice cream stands, bars, restaurants and high-flying amusement rides in the summer, there are always new things to see and do on the Boardwalk including shops, an oceanfront walkway, swings and open space for music, art and events. Cabana also provides private gated access for additional security with covered parking and elevator. Note that the Clubhouse is now open to Owners, Guests, and Tenants. This is a great venue for playing cards, foosball, games, or to watch a movie. We have a small share library we hope everyone utilizes. There are books for children and adults.




As you enter the property, the bedroom with a King bed will be on your left. The bedroom connects to a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The open kitchen and living area is roomy and has access to the balcony which overlooks the Ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for your home cooked meals and the living room has a Queen sleeper sofa.




Fresh linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee, so no need to worry about extra charges!




Don't forget to check out all of the other attractions on Pleasure Island including Fort Fisher and the NC Aquarium, the fishing piers, the Carolina Beach Lake and many walking trails. You'll enjoy Thursday night fireworks that you can watch from your balcony, visit the weekend farmer's market at the Carolina Beach Lake, along with outdoor movies and paddle boat rides. Take a surfing lesson, or just ride the waves on a boogie board. You won't want to miss a spectacular sunrise over the Atlantic! POLICIES/RULES

**Community pool is seasonal and opens/closes as weather permits. **We do not guarantee the pool to be open during the time of your stay** Pool may open or close due to COVID, weather, or construction at any time. There will be no refund or discount if the pool is closed **

**Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.

***NO SMOKING & NO PETS allowed at this property.

**Maximum Occupancy: 6 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

**There is no clothes washer/dryer in condo. Coin operated laundry facility is down the hall

**Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.***

* Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

* Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

* No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.

* If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!

* No uninvited guests without permission
