The modern yet cozy villa is exceptionally spacious making it ideal for large families as it has six bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and offering a total of 12 beds distributed across the ground floor and basement. On the ground floor we have a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with bathroom, while in the basement there are four double bedrooms and a single or double bedroom with private bathroom.

The master suite is located on the ground floor and offers visitors a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. The room overlooks the garden and the landscaped area beyond full of olive trees.

Outside we have the communal pool (12 x 6 m).

Thanks to its convenient location, it offers a level of independence and privacy just a few minutes' walk from the village of Casalini.

The property is also easily accessible from the famous White City of Ostuni on Puglia's Adriatic coast.
The area is halfway between the two main airports of Brindisi and Bari; and accessible to many of the major attractions in the area.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
