"Varpaat Nose Beach Koti" on todella maaginen paikka yöpyä. Luo kestäviä mittauksia Rincon Pointin hienolla seikkailulla. Tule ja potkaise takaisin yläkerrokselle ja rentoudu katsellen merinäköalaa. Tai nauti palokaivosta suurella yksityisellä pihalla.

Sijaitsee askeleen päässä rannasta. Such a great rental in Rincon Point! It was really easy to get in, we were welcomed with a personalized card, snacks, fresh fruit and wine, and really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was really well equipped, I was able to make a birthday cake for my sister from scratch with all the kitchen gadgets and equipment I needed! Overall a great rental and a great week at Rincon!

Great place, we loved it! Beach is great and neighborhood is so pretty- our dog loved walking both. House is well stocked and comfortable. Deck is nice with ocean view. Our family loved the huge dining table where we enjoyed playing lots of games together. House is funky in a cool way and outdoor area is spacious and relaxing. Katie left us some treats and a nice bottle of wine and was very communicative and helpful. Loved Teddys By The Sea and The Worker Bee Cafe nearby for great food. Would rent again if lucky enough to find it available!

Refreshing Retreat

This house has such a great location. There is private beach access which is just across the street, and the cooling breezes will whisk your stress away and bring relaxation and a lovely, serene environment. The house has everything one needs for beach supplies, from beach towels to chairs and Katie is so welcoming. We had a great time.

Beautiful Rincon Retreat

We stayed in this lovely property for a week and found the home very clean and well stocked. Beds were super comfortable. The kitchen is so cute and living areas were large and relaxing for unwinding after a day at the beach. We loved using the outdoor fire pit for toasting smores and sharing some laughs. Towels and beach accessories were plentiful. Communication with Katie (host) was super easy. We even arrived to a welcome basket full of treats (thank you!). Just a few small suggestions: 1. Leave a new sponge at the kitchen sink with each renter. We purchased a new one to use while there. 2. Ask that the left side of driveway be clear of vehicles on trash day... we received a warning from the waste company that they need clear access to roll the cans out from the gate to street. 3. Update listing with accurate sleeping arrangements. We only had 8 people in our group but there clearly aren't enough beds/futons for 10 people. I think the photos on the listing show three futons upstairs? There is currently only one futon and three beds. My teen had to sleep on one of the non-pull-out couches upstairs, which was fine because the couch is cozy and large. 4. Replace the broken remote in TV room/living area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Rincon holds a special place in our hearts.

Rincon Beach 2024!

This has been our third stay at this property in the peaceful neighborhood with it's own beach. The house is perfect with a nice view of the ocean. We had a fire in the fire pit on the patio where we could sit a chat in the evening. Lots of walks. Our little dog Charlie loves the neighborhood and the little town of Carpinteria only minutes away. This is our favorite vacation destination! I'm sure we will return.

A wonderful home for the holidays

Our three families loved our stay at the beautiful toes on the nose Rincon home! We cooked thanksgiving dinner in their super equipped kitchen, although the oven was a little unpredictable - we made it work! If you are bringing a dog and young children, know that the back yard area is not fully fenced in. The space was lovely, the beach was epic and the weather was glorious!! We did sunrise “cold” plunges (the water was warm even at crack of dawn! well, compared to SF Ocean Beach) The morning and sunset light was magical... the neighborhood is quiet and has beautiful foliage. Go stay here if you can!

Our dream family trip

Our trip to Rincon Point for our annual family trip this year was a dream! The house was amazing - so inviting and comfortable with everything we needed and so much to do so close. Katie, the owner, was very responsive and super helpful with every question I had. Our sons loved the surfing, our grandsons loved playing on the beach, and we loved wine tasting, outings to Santa Barbara and our evenings by the firepit. A great family trip! We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

A true getaway

We love Rincon Point and try to return every summer. This year the house we usually reserve was booked, so we decided to try Toes on the Nose, and we loved it! Having a view of the ocean is fabulous! Having the bedrooms downstairs meant they stayed cooler (it was unusually hot while we were there). The kitchen has everything you need, and I loved cooking while looking out at the water! We plan to make this our new summer vacation house!

Lovely, clean, and well-equipped beach house

We had a very enjoyable stay at this beach house, which is located in a gated community near some of the best beaches (and surf spots) in Southern California. There is easy access to beaches on either side of the point through private gates. The house, itself, is set up for guests in a very thoughtful way. The kitchen is well-equipped with every thing one might need to cook or bbq (which we did every night). The beds are comfortable, and the towels and linens are nice and plentiful. Water pressure was good in showers. There are many comfortable areas in the house to hang out - both inside and out - and we especially appreciated the balcony with an ocean view. We had one small thing happen that required the manager’s attention and the issue was quickly resolved with no disturbance to our vacation. We appreciated that. It would be helpful for the owners to replace the tv remote that is missing a part of its cover to make the tv easier to navigate. And, although we figured out the WiFi, it would be good to update the instructions at the door to avoid confusion; the white binder gives the correct info. It took us a day or two to figure out the fanlight for the stairs. A label on the remote/switch would be helpful. All in all, we would definitely recommend this place.

Great summer vacation

Our family had such a great vacation here. We stayed for five days. The location is great with a short walk to the beach. Wonderful quiet neighborhood. And the house is the best stocked rental I’ve ever been in. The kitchen has everything you could need. And there is no shortage on towels and beach goodies for the kids.

Fantastic Rental

This place is excellent, its probably one of the best stocked homes we have ever stayed in. The house was clean exactly as described in the listing and had the perfect family vibe. Spacious, light filled home with multiple gathering areas, both indoors and out. Very well equipped and clean. Easy access to spectacular beach, short distance to highway. Host Katie was super-responsive to any questions or needs we had. Highly recommended.
