On top of the hills of Carqueiranne, Villa Palm Springs is a stunning holiday home with breathtaking views of the sparkling Mediterranean. The Space:

With a capacity of 12 people - 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms - the villa is perfect for families and groups of friends.



The living room and dining room open onto a large terrace of approximately 100 m² with a large saltwater pool and a shaded dining area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture for an aperitif.



On this level, there is also a fitted kitchen with a refrigerated wine cellar, a bedroom with a sea view and its private bathroom, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet.



Opposite the swimming pool, an independent studio with sea and swimming pool view, consisting of a bedroom, private bathroom and toilet.



On the upper floor, there is a mezzanine bedroom with two single beds as well as a second sea view bedroom with a double bed and private shower and toilet.



On the garden level there are also two double bedrooms with their private bathrooms and private terrace access.



Laundry area with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.



Guests will have access to the entire villa. It includes 6 bedrooms, 6 shower rooms/bathrooms, a living room, a swimming pool and a terrace with one of the most beautiful views in the region.



For your comfort, Greg will take great care of the garden and pool maintenance, while Helene will be on hand to provide advice and assist with any requests throughout your stay.

Guest Access:

The villa is easily accessible by train from Hyères station (12 min) or by plane from Toulon-Hyères airport (15 min by car)

Possibility of parking two to three cars on the property and free parking below the house.



Other Things to Note:

The cactus garden and the terrace are not suitable for young children.
