Tucked in the heart of Carrboro, this charming bungalow blends comfort, personality, and function for an easy stay whether you’re here for a UNC visit, a weekend getaway, or time with friends and family.



Inside you’ll find warm, curated interiors, cozy gathering spaces, and multiple sleeping areas designed for real rest (not just “a place to crash”). The kitchen is ready for mornings at home, quick meals between adventures, or a full dinner night in.



Best of all: you’re just steps away from the energy of downtown Carrboro—shops, food, and local charm—while still enjoying the privacy and calm of your own space.



Guest Access:

Driveway parking is available for up to 3 cars. No more than 3 cars are allowed, and there is no overflow parking.

No more than 6 guests are allowed, per the rules of the permit issued by the town.

Blue Haven Bungalow is located in downtown Carrboro, one of the most charming and walkable areas in the Triangle. Carrboro is known for its laid-back, artsy vibe, locally owned shops and restaurants, great coffee spots, and a strong sense of community. You’ll be just minutes from UNC-Chapel Hill, making this an ideal home base for campus visits, game days, events, and weekends exploring Chapel Hill and the surrounding area.



Whether you’re grabbing breakfast downtown, enjoying a night out, or simply taking a stroll through the neighborhood, Carrboro offers a fun, local experience that feels both vibrant and relaxed.



Getting Around:

Carrboro is very walkable, and many local restaurants, coffee shops, and shops are just a short stroll away. For anything farther, driving is easy and rideshares like Uber/Lyft are readily available. UNC-Chapel Hill is only a quick drive away. Franklin Street is less than a mile away and the UNC Chapel Hill Campus is 2 miles making it the perfect location for your UNC weekend fun!



Other Things to Note:

The property is located on a main road, so for those sensitive to noise, we provide white noise machines in each bedroom.

Audio and video are recorded on the exterior of the property 24/7.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement in our guest portal after confirming your reservation.
