Viviana and Eliana were great going above and beyond to be sure the stay was comfortable. Diana at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming on check in. Everyone extremely professional. Hotel is safe and clean and food was good with different options. Breakfast buffet was delicious with everything very fresh. But if you ever travel to Colombia or Peru etc. you know the food taste so much better here.

The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. I am very particular with the way we drink coffee and Wilton from the first day we had breakfast he was understanding and eager to make us feel great about the experience. Gisset another girl was friendly and funny, also the bar made Gloria and bar tender Marco I believe was his name he was also very helpful and friendly. Over all the experience was superb. Congrats to all the staff and God bless everyone in the hotel. My thanks to the nurses as well Maryury she took care of me a wasp got me. Thanks
