Staff was fine. Love the pool but it needs to stay open until 9 or 10 pm instead of 7. Much quieter in my room with a nice balcony view. Free breakfast buffet. Very close to the airport. Not necessarily a walkable area bc of the heavy traffic around there. Would stay again.

Horrible stay. The hotel is not as represented. The rooms are old, I had no hot water, and my room was beside the elevator, so all night long I was kept up by other guests coming and going.

The overal room was poorly clean the bathroom toilet was not flushed when i arrive , and i started looking around the bathroom wasn’t clean properly or the bed sheets wasn’t clean properly and the breakfast was very limited.

Our room was clean and the kind size bed was so comfortable after a long trip from Canada. Ruben, Lynn and John at the front desk were very helpful. The breakfast was good with omelettes made to your liking and we loved the hot milk for the delicious coffee. There is a 24 hour pharmacy right next door that also carries a few extras and the beach was just a nice walk. ,

This hotel is nowhere near the standard you'd expect from a Wyndham property. At best, this is a 2-star hotel that's been seriously neglected. All the photos are fake or probably from when the hotel first opened years ago. What you see in the photos is NOT what you get in person. The actual rooms and property look nothing like the pictures online. Our room (502) was in terrible shape. There's mold, cracked paint, cracked walls, and water damage throughout. The grout on all the tiles is dirty and discolored. The whole room smells bad, and the hotel tries to cover it up by spraying heavy perfume everywhere - not good if you're scent sensitive. The bedsheets had hair on them when we checked in. The material feels cheap and rough. The shampoo and body wash dispensers on the wall have calcium buildup all over them. Everything just feels dirty and gross. We were in room 502 which faces the highway. The traffic noise is so loud you can hear cars until midnight or later. Impossible to sleep well. The rooms are very basic with almost nothing provided. For a hotel charging Wyndham prices, this is unacceptable. We felt disgusted the entire stay and couldn't wait to leave. I honestly question how this place gets high ratings. Either those reviews are fake or people have very low standards. The photos are completely misleading. Save your money and stay somewhere else - there are much better options

The rooms are as picture very clean. Has closet and safe. Very nice pool and staff decent breakfast nice views and very close to the airport. Cons no hot water and to have a vistor it cost $62+ per visitor. Which is more than half a room.

Upon arrival, the room was found to be unclean. The bathroom, in particular, was not properly cleaned. Additionally, there was visible accumulation of dust along the edges and corners of the room, indicating that these areas had not been cleaned for an extended period of time. The staff was friendly.
