Beautiful situation

We had a lovely time at this small village in Tiuccia. The property is pretty and the house is comfortable, with plenty of outdoor seating and beautiful views. Francis was a perfect host and went out of his way to find a rental of a top notch road bike for my husband. He also had great recommendations for places to visit. The only negatives were the kitchen, which is extremely small with older appliances and therefore a challenge to use, and the internet, which was slow, but these did not have a negative effect on our stay. The beach is right across the street and delightful. For a couple or a couple with a small child, this is a wonderful spot!

Hübsche Mini-Villa in toller Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Tiuccia sehr genossen. Das Haus und vor allem die tolle Terrasse sind gut ausgestattet. Der riesige Garten rund um das Haus fand bei unseren Hunden guten Anklang. Der Blick auf das Meer und die Berge sind unvergesslich. Der freundliche Vermieter M. Piani ist sehr kooperativ und legt Wert auf Vertrauen zwischen Mieter und Vermieter. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir hatten einen richtig schönen Urlaub und haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles an Ausstattung vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Haus hat einen Mega Ausblick aufs Meer, perfekt zum Erholen und Entspannen. Ideal ist auch der riesige umzäunte Garten für unseren Hund gewesen. Er konnte sich dort richtig austoben. Auch die Terrasse mit den vielen Gartenmöbel ist ideal zum entspannen. Der Vermieter ist richtig nett und immer erreichbar wenn was sein sollte. Alles in allem mega und perfekt. Wir kommen wieder :)

Un petit paradis

Une très belle découverte

Une mini-villa parfaite pour un séjour à deux ... mais aussi extrêmement agréable pour une soirée plancha en terrasse entre amis. Des matériaux de qualité, une décoration soignée, un calme quasi-absolu, une vue magnifique ... et un accueil très chaleureux. Bref, une très belle semaine et un fort goût de "revenez-y" ;-).

Vacances relaxantes à Tiucci

Nos vacances ici ont été très détendues et agréables. Il faut souligner la situation au-dessus de la baie avec une vue magnifique. L'équipement de la maison de vacances est très bon et pour 2 personnes, la taille est également optimale. Une très belle terrasse juste devant la maison. Unser Urlaub hier war sehr entspannt und angenehm. Besonders hervorzuheben, die Lage über der Bucht mit großartiger Fernsicht. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist sehr gut und für 2 Personen ist auch die Größe optimal. Eine sehr schöne Terrasse direkt vor dem Haus.

Superbes vacances

Petit gite idéalement placé avec conditions de vies extérieures irréprochables. Tranquillité, vue magnifique sur la baie, petite plage de sable au pied du gite idéale pour le snorkling. C'est le point de départ pour les calanches de Piana et la réserve de Scandola avec le Mare Bellu, à faire absolument. A 50 mn des ballades "au frais" des cascades d'Aïtone, des vasques translucides des gorges de la Spelunca, et du lac de Creno qui evitent de souffrir de la canicule. Le restaurant "La Gourmandise" a coté est excellent, les fruits et légumes Corses du petit Casino également. Bref que du bon.

Wer das Besondere mag!

Für mich allein mit Hund perfekt. Aussen riesig, innen klein. Zum morgendlichen schwimmen ist die gegenüber liegende Bucht ideal. Traumstrände in 3 km Entfernung. Wer die Westküste erkunden und in natürlicher Umgebung wohnen möchte, ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben.

Paradies für Hunde und tolle Strände

Wir sind bereits fünf Wochen auf Korsika unterwegs und wenn es nach unserem Hund ginge, würde er dieses Ferienhaus sicher als das Beste küren. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist toll und der Hausstrand, wie wir ihn getauft haben, hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß, nicht zu voll, weniger Brandung als bei den anderen Stränden (gut für die Kids) und auch zum Schnorcheln bestens geeignet. Aber auch die anderen Strände sind toll, insbesondere Liamone direkt an der Flussmündung. Leider hat es zu Beginn der Woche geregnet, so dass wir mit vielen Mücken zu kämpfen hatten. Aber Francois hat versprochen, Mückenschutzgitter an den Fenstern zu installieren. Francois ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der auch Englisch spricht, so dass wir keine Probleme mit der Verständigung hatten. Das Ferienhaus ist relativ klein und könnte etwas liebevoller und moderner eingerichtet sein, hat aber alles was man braucht. Auch wenn es uns gefallen hat, sind wir der Meinung, dass man für den Reisepreis mehr aus Grundstück und Haus machen könnte.

Vacances inoubliables .

Tout est présent pour pouvoir passer des vacances exceptionnelles . Vue sur la mer , beaucoup d'espace pour le terrain , terrasses bien aménagées, agencement et décoration à l'intérieur de la maison très réussis . Süßes Haus nah am Strand

Ausgesprochen freundlicher Vermieter, sehr nettes kleines Haus, super sauber, alles da, was man braucht, schöne Umgebung, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, Läden , Strände, Spaziergänge ins Hinterland. Einzig störend der doch tagsüber starke Verkehrslärm vor allem von Motorrädern. Nachts sehr ruhig. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf Meer.

Très bon séjour

Très belle vue et deux belles terrasses en bois pour en profiter à l'ombre des oliviers ou des parasols après la chaleur de la plage. Le calme surtout. La route en contrebas est un peu passante en fin d'après midi pour les plus exigeants. Maison très bien équipée, bon wifi. M Piani toujours disponible pour des conseils ou explications. Proximité des plages ( la plus proche à 100 m de l'autre coté de la route). Boulangerie, restaurants et commerces à pied. Un très bon séjour

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par M PIANI qui se met en quatres pour que ces vacanciers ne manquent de rien ,d'ailleurs tout étais parfait dans cette maison , très bien entretenue et dont la situation géographique est idéale avec une vue face à la mer imprenable , nous avons passer un court mais charmant séjour et nous projetons déjà d'y retourner , tout est facile d'accès , la maison se trouve à deux pas des commerces , et la plage à quelques mètres est juste splendide , un grand merci encore à M PIANI pour tout

Wunderbare Lage. Die Nähe zu den Bademöglichkeiten sowie zur Natur haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr freundlicher, kompetenter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Das Haus ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Sogar mit einem schnellen Internetzugang. Die von Olivenbäumen umgebene Terrasse lädt zum stundenlangen Verweilen ein. Im Casino Dorfladen gibt es praktisch alles zu kaufen. Wir empfehlen dieses kleine Paradies sehr gerne weiter. Auch unser Hund hat die Freiheit auf diesem grossen und eingezäunten Grundstück sehr genossen. C'est un endroit merveilleux. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la proximité des possibilités de baignade ainsi que la nature. Le propriétaire est un hôte très amical, compétent et serviable. La maison est meublée de façon très pratique. Même avec un accès Internet rapide. La terrasse entourée d'oliviers vous invite à vous attarder pendant des heures. Au Casino Dorfladen, vous pouvez presque tout acheter. Nous recommandons ce petit paradis à d'autres. Aussi notre chien a beaucoup apprécié la liberté sur cette grande propriété clôturée. Wonderful location. We liked the proximity to the bathing possibilities as well as to the nature very much. The landlord is a very friendly, competent and obliging host. The house is very practically furnished. Even with a fast internet access. The terrace surrounded by olive trees invites you to linger for hours. In the Casino Dorfladen you can buy practically everything. We recommend this little paradise to others. Also our dog enjoyed the freedom on this large and fenced property very much. Posizione meravigliosa. Ci è piaciuta molto la vicinanza alle possibilità di balneazione e alla natura. Il padrone di casa è un padrone di casa molto cordiale, competente e disponibile. La casa è arredata in modo molto pratico. Anche con un accesso internet veloce. La terrazza circondata da ulivi invita a soffermarsi per ore. Nel casinò di Dorfladen è possibile acquistare praticamente tutto. Consigliamo questo piccolo paradiso agli altri. Anche il nostro cane ha apprezzato molto la libertà in questa grande proprietà recintata.

Excellentes vacances

Nous avons adoré sa proximité avec la plage ( et ses poissons), les commerces (Chez Doudou notamment), le grand terrain - l'espace est un luxe dans cette station - qui nous permet d'avoir une vue sur toute la baie de cette jolie terrasse en bois sous les oliviers. La maison est bien équipée, rien ne manque. Nous avons adoré prendre le bateau Mare Bellu depuis la plage à 5' à pied. Nous avons aussi apprécié la patience et la gentillesse de M. Piani qui nous a attendu 3h suite à vol en retard et embouteillage.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir waren mit diesem Feriendomizil sehr zufrieden: Eine kleine Villa mit allem was man so braucht, praktisch eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt, mit großer Terrasse und herrlichem Blick auf Berge und Meer. Man lebt inmitten der Natur, umgeben von Olivenbäumen, nahe den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nur ca 100 m entfernt vom kleinen Strand von Tiuccia. Die großen und weiten Strände sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Die nahe Küstenstraße stört tagsüber kaum, nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Un grand merci à Mr Piani pour son excellent accueil, sa disponibilité, son amabilité et ce merveilleux séjour!

magnifique séjour à Tiuccia

Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil de monsieur PIANI. La maison est très bien équipée et la terrasse sous l'olivier plus qu' agréable. La route qui passe en bas de la maison ne gâche en rien les moments passés sur la terrasse. Des jolies plages et de bons restaurants sont accessibles rapidement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
