Staff are so good -- always genuinely welcoming and professional. The rooms and amenities are great -- love the indoor pool (wish there was a hot tub available). Breakfast is always wonderful. Such a restful location. We prefer the river side of the building, but all the rooms are good.

Amazing staff, rooms were beautiful and comfy beds and linens.. love the vanity area separate from the bathroom and happy to see they had a fridge and kureg.. most hotels we stay at aren’t up to date with the kuregs. The tv is gigantic and swivels.. and my favorite was the river view!

Room was spacious , view of the river from our room window was fabulous. Check in staff was very friendly and cheerful. Not much outside noise in the room at night, beds comfortable. Breakfast is at the next door restaurant and is okay but not great. Hot food was cold, no condiments for toast except jam, fruit cup is tiny, etc. but it is free. Nowhere open to eat an evening meal nearby so be prepared to eat elsewhere.
