We COULD NOT GO because of the bushfires. Very disappointing. When we booked, we also had insurance (XCover). When we try to claim they said that bushfires were exempt!!! What is the point of having insurance that you provide.

The rooms were very clean and looked like recently refurbished. We were disappointed there were no biscuits to have with our tea. The air con worked well and nice toiletries were provided. Weven though we were on the main street it was quiet enough.

We did not meet any staff. We were guide to keys in the room and we left the room the same way. This was ideal for us as we were on a tight schedule for an event.room was lovely. Aircon on when we arrived was a blessing! Thanks

Fine place to stay, but overpriced for the quality. Will look elsewhere for my next trip. ** Pros: great location, flexible check-in time, beautiful building. Nice TV, loved the spa bath, comfy bed. Cons: kitchen/bathroom not stocked, towels had holes in them, fridge froze our food, bed wheels wouldn't lock so they rolled around. No food on-site as advertised, room not serviced during our stay. The room was also so sparsely furnished that the echoes made it quite difficult to talk.

The room was clean and tidy. You could tell a lot of money has fairly recently been spent on renovations, however things are failing; the biggest issue we had was difficulty flushing the toilet. It seems there’s a bit of an issue with the toilets. I hope they can make a warranty claim on these toilets, it’s not going to be a cheap exercise to replace them since they are the invisible cisterns behind a glass panel on the wall.

Great spot close to the heart of town. Really comfortable beds, nice big shower, had everything we needed for a trip to the Town Folk Fest (fine walking distance from the festival). Friendly and helpful owners!
