Villa Soleluna is a villa overlooking the sea near Castro Marina, along the Adriatic coast of Salento. Surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with olive and pine trees, it has a private pool, hot tub and panoramic sea view, in an ideal setting for relaxation. Covered in local stone, the villa consists of a main body and an annex. Renovated in a simple style with pastel tones and details inspired by the sea, it houses four bedrooms, two living areas and panoramic terraces. It is possible to dine inside in the spacious kitchen or outside on the terrace. Just 50 meters from the sea, the villa is perfectly located for exploring Otranto, Santa Cesarea Terme and Santa Maria di Leuca. Note: The telephone and internet signal may be limited due to the natural and confidential environment.

The property consists of two adjoining buildings. MAIN BODY — Entrance into the open space living area with seating area, dining table and kitchen; direct access to a furnished terrace with sea view; a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower; a double bedroom and a single bedroom (with additional single bed), which share a bathroom with shower. ANNEX (accessible via some external steps) — Entrance into the living area with kitchenette and dining table; a short flight of stairs leads to a double bedroom with external access; a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Park:
The villa is surrounded by lush vegetation, dry stone terraces and mature olive trees, maritime pines, agaves and myrtles. A shaded pergola with wooden dining table is located on a sea-view terrace right in front of the house, ideal for outdoor dining. A little further down, the main pool terrace is equipped with loungers, deckchairs, wooden benches and a rattan sitting area. In front of the annex, a large umbrella covers a second table for outdoor breakfasts. The villa has two entrances: an upper one with two uncovered parking spaces and a lower one, closer to the coast, with an uncovered parking space and direct pedestrian access to the coastal road. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The infinity pool is located just below the villa, a few steps from the annex, and offers a panoramic view of the sea. Rectangular in shape with a gently curved side; measures 8.5 x 3.3 m with a constant depth of 1.30 m; covered in PVC with stone edge; access through three internal steps; chlorine purification system; internal lighting. The surrounding solarium is equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs and two shaded relaxation areas, separated by olive trees. A few steps away is a four-person hot tub with a sea view. The pool area is served by a service bathroom and a cold water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
