Please note this unit has stairs to the front door on the second level, directly across from the unit's covered, gated parking space. Ample uncovered, guest parking is available within the gated community for your visitors or a second vehicle.

LOCATION
Central valley location is only a 10-15 minute drive to anything of interest in Palm Springs or Rancho Mirage/Palm Desert. The complex is right behind the Cathedral City U-Haul. While a car is recommended, you can walk to a few great local restaurants like Otari (excellent Japanese food) and Bubba Bones & Brews (awesome BBQ/gastropub).
