Such a beautiful facility. My boyfriend and I came for a quick overnight stay as we has reservations at a spa for a couples massage. Their pool is heated and 24 hours so that was a huge selling point for us. We found an amazing sushi place called otori not far away if anyone needs a recommendation. Really good!! The room was absolutley adorable. My only complaint was there was no comforter on the bed. Just 2 sheets folded together so we ended up sleeping in our clothes. We woke up early the next morning with plans to relax in the hot tub and watch the sun rise and have a quiet romantic morning together. We couldnt get the hot tub to turn on so we ended up going back to our room and had coffee. Total bummer as the 24 hour pool was why we chose this hotel. All in all, our stay was enjoyable and the property was beautiful. We will most likely stay here again and try to spend more time to take advantage of the pool side restaurants and amenities.

Fabulous resort, amazing amenities (pool dj and bar, pickleball, free bikes) and very spacious rooms. Really nice “social” vibe to the property. Staff was very nice. Went with our frinds and all had a great time!

Staff was very good, no issues, enjoyable. Room was not quite up to the standard I experienced last year. Shower mildew at bottom of door, no coat hangers. The constant disco music from the pool area is not welcome - it seems to go on all day, even in the evening when no one is at the pool or bar. The bass notes travel all the way to the room.

Rough time at the Paloma.. was given a room that was under construction. By the time I walked back to the front desk they had left. Texted the number on the door and they said it would be just a few minutes. 10 min later they said they were on there way. 35 minutes total a gentleman arrived and was kinda rude to me as I was upset that I had to wait outside. It was welcoming to pets. Only hard thing was the room faced the parking lot and when people drove in late at night, the headlights go right into the room and wake you up.

Pet friendly everywhere on the property, but no designated pet relief area. Had reservations at Sol y Sombra at 9pm on Saturday but when we arrived, the doors were locked and lights were turned off. Nice to have a fridge and sink, but no dish soap or utensils available. Property is really beautiful and kept well.

If you are looking for somewhere peaceful this is your place! Lovely views of the mountains, staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The 1-bedrooms are like rental studios and the 2-bedrooms are like small apartments. Not like your average hotel room. Nice and spacious and clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely and fairly clean room with a nice view of the pool area. The service was lacking as it seemed that only 3 people worked there and did everything. Consequently, customer service was unreliable or non-existent. I waited in an empty lobby for 15 minutes to check in. Unacceptable for any hotel let alone a "resort" with resort fees.
