Perfect place to stay for a visit to the Pyrenees. Very clean and comfortable with an amazing view, large patio balcony space, lots of amenities. It is a short walk into town. Some of the best hiking is minutes or a short drive away. We had a wonderful stay and our host was gracious and friendly. Very happy that we chose this place.

Fantastic Family Accommodation

Ten of us enjoyed an 'out of season' break at this lovely property in the small town of Cauteretes nestled in the stunning mountain landscape. With ages from 3 upwards we found plenty to do in the vicinity from a lovely animal park, to thrilling luge rides, gentle walks, to the cave and train ride at Lourdes and the relaxing spa - we packed a lot in! The house provided a perfect homely base. The stove was easy to use and was a welcome burst of heat and comforting flames after some long days out. The perfect socialising space hosted family meals and evenings spent playing games. With the stunning vistas from the large picture windows it was even warm enough (Late Oct) for some sitting out on the veranda watching the lizards warm themselves in the sunshine. The witches on the Halloween parade in the town was as memorable as the beautiful carousel for the little ones. The bedrooms were clean and thoughtfully decorated and with most rooms ensuite - everyone had their own space. The host was warm and welcoming. All in all a perfect family holiday.

Gorgeous home with a spectacular view

Our group of 8 family & friends loved this home! The views, location & amenities were perfect!! It’s just a 10 minute pleasant walk into Cauterets. Very clean, lots of kitchen items, comfortable furniture & beds, modern & well appointed. Would love to return & stay longer! Host & owner provide all you need & are excellent with responding to messages. Thank you!! And we saw the Tour de France!!

Absolutely Beautiful

Six adult family members enjoyed this beautiful and recently renovated home in July 2022. Pleasant and accommodating hosts made renting this home easy. Multiple bedrooms and as many sparkling bathrooms accompanied a fully equipped and comfortable living space. And the view! Huge windows open up to a 180° view of village rooftops, green valleys and soaring mountain peaks. The view itself was worth the trip. A short, pleasant, 10 minute walk accesses restaurants and markets in the lovely Cauterets village. The Haute Pyrenees are a remarkably beautiful place and Chalet la Source is the perfect base to explore and enjoy all of its splendor.

Séjour de rêve en famille

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans ce chalet avec nos trois enfants et deux jeunes petits-enfants de 1 et 3 ans. L'exposition du chalet est top. Chaque couple avait sa chambre et sa salle de bain. Tous veulent y revenir vite.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en el chalet. Está perfectamente equipado y es muy confortable. Aunque no hemos tenido suerte con la nieve, en la zona hay muchas actividades a realizar. Intentaremos repetir pronto.

Magnifique Chalet

Famille de 10 personnes : chalet très fonctionnel et équipé Agréable séjour, bien situé, belle vue sur les montagnes. Propriétaire à l'écoute. Chaque chambre équipée de salle de bains et wc. Pièce de vie très lumineuse, cuisine bien aménagée, terrasse extérieure conviviable avec plancha. Accès à pied vers Cauterets très accessible. Que des points positifs que nous ne manquerons pas de conseiller à d'autres .

Un séjour fantastique

nous avons passé une semaine de vacances au chalet (à l'étage). Nos étions 5 mais nous aurions pu être plus du double sans manquer d'espace. Le chalet est très calme et nous n'avons à aucun moment été gênés par les locataires du RDC. La communication avec la propriétaire a été très facile et le materiel sur Cautrets envoyé lors du booking très interessant et pratique. La réception au chalet a été aussi trés agréable. Le chalet est complètement rénové à neuf et pensé jusqu'au mondre détail. Tout est fait avec beaucoup de goût. Le panorama depuis le terrasse ainsi que des pièces à vivre est magnifique. L'accès en ville est facile en voiture ou à pied (10 min de marche). Nous reviendrons dès que possible!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre collègue pour un séminaire d'entreprise. Le logement est très bien situé. Très beau chalet avec une grande capacité. Je recommande ce chalet, rien de négatif à dire.

Exceptionnel - Agréable - Partique

Le chalet est juste parfait. Il est tout neuf, bien décoré, agréable bien agencé. Il y a une salle de bain et un wc par chambre ce qui est un vrai luxe pour pas faire la queue. L'espace de vie est spacieux avec une vue juste magnifique sur les montagnes. L'accès au chalet est rapide et pratique avec de nombreuses places pour ce garer. Il est au calme tout en étant a 10minutes a pieds du centre de Cauterets donc parfait pour aller faire ses course ou même rentrer des pistes a pieds; La cuisine est tout équipée et on peut trouver tout pour cuisiner comme chez nous. Des ustensiles, des plats a gâteaux... Vraiment c'est un 15 sur 10 pour ce logement. Merci on reviendra

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis dans ce chalet très confortable et fonctionnel pour 12 personnes. Il est très bien équipé, tout est neuf, et nous avons apprécié la literie très confortable après les journées de ski :-)
