Contemporary villa of 220 m2 of recent construction located in a residential area on the heights of Cavalaire-sur-Mer (15 km from Saint Tropez) benefiting from 5 stars in the classification of Furnished Tourist Accommodation in France (listed ‘Villa Jenna’ in Cavalaire s/M on the "CléVacances" website).
It lends itself to family holidays in respect of the neighbourhood (no parties allowed). It is south facing, secured by an automatic gate, 2 parking spaces are available in the courtyard.

The Villa consists of 2 levels. On the first level (upstairs), there is a very nice fully equipped kitchen opening onto a very large living room with sea view; a master bedroom, its bathroom and dressing room, a separate toilet. On level 0 (ground floor), 3 large bedrooms each with bathroom and shower (1 bedroom also has a bath), laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron, 2 separate toilets, with direct access to the 2 large outdoor terraces.

All the rooms are air-conditioned and have an opening on the outside facing the sea.

Rooms and beds:
2 matrimonial rooms, 1 upstairs and 1 on the ground floor with bed sizes of 180x200 and 160x200 respectively.
2 bedrooms on the ground floor with 2 single beds each, convertible into a double bed.

Outdoor terraces and swimming pool:
From the 1st terrace where there is a large garden furniture with parasol, you can access the 2nd terrace via a secure gate (with a 3-point lock) where there is the heated swimming pool (9.5 m x 4 m) and a large sunbathing area with pergola and deckchairs.

In the vicinity of La Villa and Cavalaire-sur-Mer:
Cavalaire s/M is located between Le Lavandou (20 km), Gassin (9 km), Ramatuelle (12 km) and Saint-Tropez (15 km). Numerous beaches and coves near Cavalaire s/M. Ile du Levant / Ile de Porquerolles accessible by boat from Le Lavandou.

Important information:
For security reason, the swimming pool is not illuminated by night.
With respect for the neighbourhood, parties are not allowed by night.

Dogs weighing more than 10 kilos are not allowed. For reasons of hygiene, it is forbidden to let dogs swim in the swimming pool. If you do so, EUR 500 will be deducted from the deposit (for shock chlorine treatment and compensation for not using the pool for 48 hours).

A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. By check-out, your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
