The hotel looks nice from the outside, but is in poor condition on the inside. The worst for us was the breakfast. They advertise "Hot Fresh Breakfast" outside on the sign, but the breakfast was literally sitting in Walmart Crockpots next to a broken food heating system. There were people waiting 20 minutes for the crockpots to be refilled. It was embarrassing for the hotel how sad the breakfast was. The juice dispenser was dispensing juice not in the correct label. There were doors throughout the hotel that were not latching properly, such as the workout room. The pool was also not in good repair. It appeared that a homeless person was using the laundry facilities during the day. We will not be staying here again and we will not recommend this hotel.

Expedia listing does not tell you this is a motel. All rooms have doors to outside. Towels were threadbare. ‘Soundproof’ room is not true. Staff was grudging with breakfast food. No elevator.

Low quality.

We knew it was going to be a bad stay when we walked in to the lobby, it smelled of cigarettes and the two ladies at the desk didn’t have any teeth. Checking in took 25 minutes. And this is because they couldn’t figure out their computer. They didn’t have a room with a pull-out couch clean even though it was 5pm and that’s the type of room we ordered. Later I was out with the kids trying to enjoy the view and the manager and front desk lady were out front chain smoking cigarettes. I ended up taking the kids back inside because they were so inconsiderate smoking like chimneys. The breakfast was sad. It was being heated in crock pots that were beat up, the eggs were literally watery/soggy, and the breakfast attendant asked my husband for a tip. The room was barely clean… the sheets were rough and stiff, the pool bleached out swimsuits because there was too much chlorine. after checkout, as we were driving away, my husband looked over at me and said please, let’s never stay there again…Literally the worst stay ever.

Horrible experience. We won’t be staying there again. There were cracks in the sink, mold in the shower and ANTS. We complained about the ants and asked for any traps. They said all they could do was switch rooms. The room they gave us had even more ants. We asked for a different room. The door handle to the room was installed upside down so you had to pull up instead of down to open it. The beds and pillows were hard. People were thundering upstairs all night long. The pool was dirty with bugs and made our eyes burn. The key cards to the room wouldn’t stay programmed for more than a day. I could go on, but theres a character limit to the review. It put a whole damper on our weekend trip. We will NEVER EVER stay there again. I would give it zero stars if I could

Guests should NOT be permitted to smoke near the building. Everytime we opened our door the guy 2 doors down was smoking amd it filled our room. Also maybe put pet friendly rooms on one side of the building and non-pet rooms on the other. We had to listen to barking dogs seceral times and in the middle of the night.

The bed, pillows, and blankets were very comfortable. The thin walls were hard to sleep through. Our room was by the street, and by the staircase, on the bottom level. We heard people on the staircase, above us, next door and the street till almost midnight. The breakfast wasn't too bad, but not enough food for everyone who stayed this weekend.

It was dirty. Hallways, bathroom, pool, windows, etc. very worn carpet. No coffee in the morning breakfast area because it was “frozen”. Really? Breakfast lacked fresh fruit, breads, & even no OJ.

We stayed in this motel turned hotel for one night. It is close to the mountain so it is quite windy but the location is fine. The lobby is nice-it has been redecorated at one point but could use a little TLC. It has lots of nice seating and has plenty of room for breakfast. The staff is just wonderful so friendly and happy to help. The room was fine- mostly clean. I could tell it hadn't been used or cleaned for awhile but I did ask for the quietest room and it was quiet. The screen was off the window sitting behind the chair. We had to get new batteries for the remote which didn't work half the time even then. The tub and shower looked original to the building of the property. The shower ran fine with a good stream. When we showered, the water came out of somewhere in the floor or the side of the tub and started to pool outside the bathroom door. We put a towel there to soak it up. Not much counter space but still fine. The sink area had been updated but there's not a lot of counter space. I had to wipe down a few areas but nothing awful. The building itself needs some maintenance and TLC, but the people make it good and they serve a nice breakfast. It's nice for a quick stay. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but they had a nice area for it.
