Can't take breakfast to your room. Not enough tables for all guests to sit in the dining area. My shower didnt work. I had to wash my hair in the bathroom sink. There was no hair dryer. I needed to iron my clothes. There was no iron or ironing board. The TV wouldn't work. I found out when i got there that i had to pay a $50 deposit on the room.

The staff was great, but the condition of the hotel was not good. There was loose paint on the carpet where they did not use covering. There was a dead bed bug on the inside lining of the sheets. The pillow cases were dirty.

The room was in an obvious remodel. Paint stains on the floor, curtain broken. Mold in the bathroom shower. Light fixture in the bathroom ceiling broken. There was a wet spot on the floor near the bed.

Cleanliness is okay but staff was not helpful during my state or after and it's been over two weeks they took the $50 incidental fee and have yet to refund it back to me even though they have said that they had processed it my card has said that they have not actually truly processed it so I have not gotten my money back that they said I would get back
