Ainutlaatuinen TRULLOCINQUEPUNTE Valle d'Itriassa

Trullocinquepunte sijaitsee muutaman kilometrin päässä Ostunista (kuuluisasta Valkoisesta kaupungista) ja muista Valle d'Itrian tärkeistä turistikohteista, kuten Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, Martina Franca, Cisternino jne.
Logistisesti se sijaitsee tarkalleen Salento-niemimaan keskustassa, 20/25 km päässä Adrianmeren kauniista rosoisista kallioisista rannikoista ja 25/35 km päässä Joonianmeren hienon hiekan pitkistä osista.
Sitä ympäröivät myös lyhyen matkan päässä toisistaan erinomaiset kansallisen ja kansainvälisen maineen mukaiset ravintolat ja trattoriat, jotka ovat antaneet maalle "Gastronomian maan" yleismaailmallisen tunnustuksen tärkeiden viinikellaarien lisäksi, jotka tuottavat erinomaista paikallista viiniä.
Siksi Trullocinquepunte on ihanteellinen strateginen valinta mistä tahansa lomasta.
    2 kansainvälistä lentokenttää (Brindisi Papola Casale vain 30 km ja Bari Palese noin 90 km) ja päätiet mahdollistavat myös helpon pääsyn määränpäähän.

Koko rakenne koostuu 3 erillisestä ja täysin kalustetusta yksiköstä:
   TRULLO-hotellissa on 2 kahden hengen huonetta, joissa on mahdollisuus yhden tai kahden hengen vuoteelle, 1 alkovi, jossa on vuodesohva kahdelle, olohuone, keittokomero, 1 kylpyhuone ja 2 muuta huonetta (alkovet) erilaiseen käyttöön.
Siksi on mahdollista majoittua 4 - 6 henkilöä.
APARTMENT koostuu suuresta katetusta verannasta, jossa on grilli ja suuret pöydät 15/20 hengen mukavaan majoittamiseen. Sisällä mukava pääkeittiö, jossa on olohuone, takka ja vuodesohva kahdelle. Yläkerrassa on kaksi kahden hengen makuuhuonetta ja kylpyhuone. Siksi siihen mahtuu 4–6 henkilöä.
DEPENDANCE on intiimi maalaismainen kivi- ja tiilistudio, johon kuuluu minikeittiö, eteinen ja vuodesohva kahdelle, nurkka, jossa parivuode ja täydellinen kylpyhuone. Siksi siihen mahtuu 2–4 henkilöä
    Pihalla on tilava katettu veranta, jossa on itsenäinen pizzerianurkka
  Tilat rentoutumiseen puuttuvat: rakennusta ympäröivät suuret neliöt ja verannat, joissa on rakennuksen käytettävissä oleva uuni ja / tai grilli, ja noin 15 000 metriä puutarhaa ja oliivitarhaa, jotka ovat täysin suljettuja, jotta ne olisivat täysin riippumattomia maailmasta. ulkopuolella ehdottomassa yksityisyydessä.

Perfect!

This is an ideal property to spend time with a family. We had 11 in our party and there were comfortable accommodations for all. ( Three separate houses in a gated property.) The younger children especially enjoyed the pool area as did the adults in the shade with refreshments. The property is beautiful and well kept and Roberto couldn't have been nicer. Staying in a trulli house really gave us a feeling of southern Italy as it might have been in the 19 hundreds with modern touches added. We would book this property again. We also enjoyed Bianca, the outside dog and the cat that we rarely saw.

Puglia Paradise

This is truly an oasis. South Italy in the middle of summer is no joke. Extremely hot and not many places offer AC. Thankfully we found this place with AC units in the bedrooms and a pool to cool off in. The host Roberto is extremely accommodating and provides a great conveniences in a traditional Puglia setting. With a bakery right next door this is the perfect place to get away and relax. Highly recommend.

A terrific property in the Puglia countryside

We had 7 nights at Trullocinquepunte and found everything to be excellent. We would stay again if visiting the Puglia region and would most definitely recommend to our friends. We were a group of 11, including 6 children aged from 6-12. The property is big and fully fenced so the children can explore and play freely for hours. The are fruit trees and vegetable patch and the children enjoyed picking some of the produce. The pool is a salt pool. It is good size and is clean and well maintained. We visited in early June before the hot summer and still found the pool a good temperature for swimming. The accommodation is split between 3 dwellings. This is perfect for different families to have their own space. The accomodation is nice and as you would expect out of Italian countryside. We made good use of the BBQ and pizza oven facilities which made our stay even more authentic. The closest town is Ceglie Messipica - about 5 mins drive. It is small and not touristy. The town centre is surprisingly charming and is full of restaurants with great food. Most things close for siesta in early afternoon and it comes to life again in the evening. This town was a highlight for us. The property is well located for visiting popular towns and sites throughout Puglia. Roberto the host is great to deal with. Thankyou again Roberto.

Nous étions un groupe de 12 amis ! Nous avons passé de belles vacances. Au niveau de la localisation, c’est assez centrale mais il faut compter environ 40 minutes de route pour chaque activité. Au niveau de la maison, elle est spacieuse. Pour 12, toutes les toilettes sont situées dans les salles de bain ce qui n’était pas forcément très pratiques… (uniquement 3 petites salles de bain). Nous avons l’habitude de réserver des locations pour notre groupe et la maison n’est pas très bien équipée (niveau cuisine vaisselle) pour 12 personnes… cependant Roberto a été à l’écoute et nous a ramené ce qui nous manquait rapidement !!! Nous trouvions le rapport qualité prix élevé (comparé à nos prestations habituelles). Nous conseillons malgré tout cette location!! et avons passé de belles vacances :)

Our stay at the Trullo

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Roberto. Check in was seamless and the directions were perfect. We were two families and had plenty of living and leisure space. The pool was perfect especially with the hot weather. The property was beautiful, well equipped and a perfect holiday spot. The beautiful town is 5 mins away where we were spoilt for choice for bars, restaurants, gelatarias and local shops. We wish we could have stayed all summer. Roberto was a fantastic host and very quick to respond to any questions. Thank you Roberto, Bianco and jipsy for making our holiday a memorable and enjoyable one.

Fantastic Trulli overlooking the hills

Stayed in Roberto’s Trulli for a week in July. It was extremely hot, put the big pool area was a great place to escape the heat. All the rooms were great and the aircon actually worked everywhere in the house. The nearby city Ceglie Messapica is very charming and a lot more cosy (and less crowded) than cities like Ostuni. All in all, Roberto was a great host and the house is charming and easily fits two families :-)

The perfect space for a multi-generational family.

A beautiful villa with very welcoming touches. Roberto was very helpful in providing directions and getting us settled. The outdoor space is wonderful. There was enough room for 9 of us hang out with out getting in each other’s way and we all spent a lot of time in the pool. The indoor space was very comfortable and easily accommodated us. There three separate apartments in the unit so everyone had privacy. Gypsy the cat and Bianca the dog both get 10 stars.

Fabulous stay in Puglia!

Our stay in Roberto’s home was fabulous. I was in Puglia for a week with a group of friends (7 of us) and we rented the entirety of Roberto’s trullo property. It was extremely nice, comfortable and well cared for. The indoors accommodations were great and the outdoor of this property is also very special - beautiful pool and outdoor seating and dining spaces. We spent a lot of time outdoors while there. Roberto was also a wonderful host. Due to train delays, we were very late arriving (after midnight) and he waited to let us in, and show us around so we could get settled after a long journey. He also picked up some groceries and pizzas for us so we had food and beverage when we arrived. He helped to arrange our transport to and from Bari centrale, rental of 2 cars near the home, a boat trip and transportation for other activities where we wanted a driver. He was an extremely responsive and a gracious host - I look forward to visiting his property again sometime. We also enjoyed Bianca and Gypsi - the property dog and cat. They are very sweet pets and being a group of animal lovers, we were thrilled to have them. If you aren’t an animal person, not to worry, they stay outside on the property and are well cared for by Roberto and the gardener. They will not bother you. The property is very centrally located near Ceglie Messapica. Easy to get to Ostuni, Alberobello and each coast. Roberto takes great pride in caring for his home, the property and his guests.

Beautiful!!

The house of Roberto is beautiful! Very clean, everything you need is available. Shops and restaurants are close, but you need a car. The house is divided in three departments. Perfect for our family to get enough privacy. But also enough room to cook and eat together. The garden is beautiful with very much places to sit and relax. The swimming pool is cold. In april/ may maybe to cold, but our kids didn’t mind. Communication with Roberto was perfect, he speaks English. The location is close by the village but on a quiet street. You can drive to many places in 30-45 minutes. I would recommend this house to stay here with friends or family, thank you Roberto!

A fantastic week on a super location

We really liked the holiday week in Roberto's trully. I was there with my two sons and their families. (children aged 14, 12, 10 and 8) All three of us had our own stay on the beautiful grounds, with a super nice swimming pool, a barbecue and a well-functioning pizza oven. The area is very nice with nice towns. We has been running, cycling - with racing bike - and E-bikes. Enjoyed both sand and pebble beach. Roberto is very friendly . He wants his guests to have a good time and does his best to do so. We were very happy to have found this location. Really recommended.

Amazing time at amazing Villa

We spend amazing 11 days at the place - oneof the best time in our life (two families with small childeren). Great and very spacious villa with three separate houses - great quality. Swimming pool is excellent and big garden as an asset. Roberto is an excellent host, very accomodative. Highly recomended!

Perfect stay in a real Trullo with all Puglia close by

The place is really special, three houses independent but at the same time in the same estate. One of them is a real Trullo (nice and cool with its stone walls), the other looks a fairy tale house and the other is the main residence. The external area is beautiful with lots of trees, and outdoor spaces from pizza oven to barbecue area and a beautiful pool. We were nine and both adults and teenagers loved the place. Both when we cooked and ate at the big outdoor table and when we went to all the closeby beautiful places: Ostuni, Alberbello, Otranto, Porto Cesario, Polignano Al Mare… the place is perfectly located to go all around and come back to a very nice and quiet place and have some fun and look at the stars.

Wunderschöner Trulli

Wir haben Roberto‘s Trulli geliebt. Großzügige, gepflegte Anlage mit tollem Pool (ca. 4x10 m) und schöner Aussicht. Auch viele Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen, auch mit Schatten. Die Unterkunft war für uns als Großfamilie sehr gut geeignet, eignet sich aber auch für zwei Familien oder mehrere Freunde, unsere Zimmer befanden sich in zwei separaten Häusern (davon 1 Trulli). Roberto war ein großartiger Gastgeber, der bei einem kleineren Problem mit der Klimaanlage trotz Wochenende sofort zur Stelle war. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

One of the best places I've ever been.

Before I came here - I was thinking I was everywhere, in many places in the world. But this place is special, we were in Puglia second time. Culture of the region, climate, roads, wildness, no industrial beaches, no industrial hotels, trullo landscape... BUT MOST IMPORTANT THING is trullo cinquepunte itself and its' owner. Trullo cinquepunte is the best in each detail, we felt the owner's heart in each stone. Clean, elegant and exclusive in each detail, arranged with a big taste, very well equiped with practical things. And Roberto - the owner, amazing guy. He was our guide, very responsive and helpfull all the time, it has never happen before (we have been to Itally 15 times) . My children say that Itally is our second home, but we have never met the man like Roberto before. Summaring - I strongly recommend Roberto and his trullo!!!

Ein sehr schönes Ensemble aus drei Unterkünften, weitläufig, tolle "Hauptküche", toller Pool mit Salzwasser und einfach sehr schön eingerichtet alles. Roberto ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit bei jeder Frage. Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen und entspannten Urlaub!

Einfach großartig!!

Wir hatten mit insgesamt drei Familien eine wundervolle Woche im Trullo Cinquepunte. Die Aufteilung der Häuser war für unsere Bedürfnisse einfach perfekt: Mit dem großen Hof und dem Super Pool in der Mitte, einem großen Esstisch und der großen Küche im Haupthaus. Das ganze Grundstück ist riesengroß und es gibt für Kinder viel zu entdecken. Alle Häuser waren unglaublich sauber, modern eingerichtet und gepflegt. Roberto ist ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der immer um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht ist. Vielen Dank für alles!

Ein phantastischer Urlaub!

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt mit 10 Personen rundum zufrieden. Die Häuser waren sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Großzügigkeit der Poolanlage und das weitläufige, gepflegte Gelände boten viel Spielraum auch für fünf Kinder. Die charmante Kombination aus alter Struktur und moderner Funktionalität ist perfekt gelungen. Dem Gastgeber, Roberto, sei Dank für seine Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit, Diskretion und viele, nette, kleine Gesten. Wir können dieses Angebot wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
