INSIDE:
Step into the open concept main floor, where contemporary elegance meets homey comfort. The kitchen is a chef's delight with modern appliances, featuring a beautiful large island. Gather around the large dining table that seats 10 (with seating for 4 more at the island) for memorable feasts and lively conversations.

After a day of lakeside adventures, sink into the vibrant blue couches in front of the wood fireplace and Smart TV. Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, you'll be immersed in the breathtaking natural beauty that surrounds this cottage. The main floor leads out to a versatile four seasons room with comfortable seating, allowing you to enjoy the serene views in any weather. This is my favorite spot to catchup and gossip LOL.

Downstairs you will find the Entertainment Hub. Prepare for endless fun in our Games Room, featuring ping pong, a dartboard, plus, a spacious table for epic board game battles. AND a sectional with a large-screen TV, and a fireplace—perfect for movie nights. There's even a kitchenette for crafting popcorn treats.

Billiards enthusiasts, rejoice! Our separate Pool Table Room houses a pool table, providing hours of competitive entertainment.

OUTSIDE:
The true magic happens when you step onto the expansive deck. Here, you'll find ample seating for relaxation, a dining table for 8 to savor al fresco meals, and Adirondack chairs cozied up around a crackling firepit. Delight in outdoor culinary adventures with the included BBQ. The enormous yard offers plenty of space for outdoor games and activities, and beach access is just a stone's throw away.
For water enthusiasts, kayaks are at your disposal, perfect for exploring the lake's beauty. If you're feeling adventurous, hop on the provided bikes for a scenic ride.

NOTE: There are approximately 200 stairs to the beach. Lake levels are lower again in 2023. The shoreline changes quite rapidly - it can be sandy or it can be gravelly and that could change in 1 day! There are no weeds and it's fun to find the ever changing sandbars.

Have you ever seen a sunset twice in one day? Here's the trick: catch the sunset on the beach, then dash up the stairs for a second breathtaking view. It's a unique experience that lets you soak in the beauty of nature twice in one evening. Give it a try and enjoy the enchantment!

Linens are available for $20/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels.

All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Max occupancy at all times is 16 (12 Adults max), violation will result in removal without refund. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections and camera outside front entrance)

Wander downtown and find your new favorite cafe, and be sure to save a day to explore Bayfield's wineries and breweries! Just a few minutes away, you can enjoy an amazing wine tasting experience at Hessenland Inn & Schatz Winery.

Visit during the off-season to catch favorite annual events like VetteFest or for a girl's getaway weekend—we're happy to suggest our favorite local spas, wineries and breweries, shops, and yoga classes.

With wooded trails, scenic country vistas, and stunning Lake Huron, Bayfield is a beautiful place to explore no matter the season. Bring your hiking boots and plan a trip during leaf-peeping season for a display of color, or come enjoy the quiet of winter and crunch through the snow in evergreen forests.

In Goderich you will find lots to do! Go for a round of golf, pickup some fresh bread at Red Burdan Cat Bakery, or head to the farmers market, take the kids for ice cream and mini golf at the Pinery Market. Or go for a tour of a local winery or local coffee roastery! If your more adventurous, take a boat tour or aerial tour - there is a marina and airport nearby and there are a few tours to choose from.

Our Winter Weather Cancellation Policy is designed with your safety in mind. If winter conditions make travel unsafe or if there are road closures preventing you from reaching the cottage, you have flexible options:

❄ Reschedule – Move your booking to a future date that works for you.
❄ Full Refund – If rescheduling isn’t possible, you can cancel for a full refund.
