Our spacious guesthouse in Central Point is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring nearby attractions like Crater Lake, local wineries, Rogue Jet Boat Adventures, historic Jacksonville & Ashland! Enjoy the comforts of home away from home! Modern conveniences & comfortable furnishings! Unwind by the electric fireplace or watch a movie on the 65" Smart TV! Conveniently located close to the airport!

For health and safety of all our guests, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival.

This open concept 1BR, 1 bathroom guesthouse has high ceilings throughout, central A/C, and high-speed internet.

The spacious studio-style main living area includes the entryway, the kitchenette, laundry area, dining area & primary bedroom area.

The kitchenette has a vintage refrigerator/freezer, sink, convection oven, 2 induction burners, microwave and a Keurig single brew coffee maker with coffee pods provided. There is no dishwasher. It is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, spices, cooking oil, salt/pepper.

The dining area has a counter-height round table with 4 stools for eating, working, or playing board games which are stored in the large armoire.

The living room area includes a large sofa, lounge chair, ottoman, electric fireplace, & 65" Smart TV. Streaming services are available with guest's own accounts.

The primary bedroom area has a King Size bed with built-in drawers for storage, bedside tables, lamps, and luggage racks.

The laundry area has a washer and dryer available for guest use.

The large bathroom has a toilet, vanity w/sink, and a large step-in shower. Shampoo, conditioner & body wash are provided.

The additional bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed, and a coat rack. (Note: weight limit on top bunk is 150lbs). There is a sliding glass door to access the covered, partially enclosed exterior sitting area.

There is a covered front entrance and parking available in the driveway for two vehicles.

Guests will have access to the entire guesthouse. There is another home on the property near the guest house.

There's a ring camera at the front door pointing to the driveway which will be on during your stay.
Pet Rules:
Sorry, NO pets allowed.

House Rules:
No events, parties or large gatherings. No smoking of any kind in the house.

Quiet hours 10PM - 8AM. Must be at least 21 years old to book.

Please be respectful of the neighboring home on the property. Please do not pet the animals on the property.

Check Out Procedures:
Wash & rinse dishes and leave in the drying rack. Place dirty towels in bathroom shower or laundry bin in bathroom. Bag trash and put in garbage/recycle cans. Leave all bedding on beds. Lock windows and doors. Leave heat at 68 degrees and AC at 73 degrees.
