Perfect for a mountain break with family or friends, you'll particularly appreciate its beautiful garden with a sublime view of the entire Mont Blanc range.
Quiet but only 5/10 minutes by car from Chamonix town center, you'll also love its proximity to Lac des Gaillands, just 5-10 minutes away on foot.
The house is on 3 floors with access to the ground floor or 1st floor. The accommodation comprises:
1st floor:
The living space with a functional, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area and a comfortable lounge.
Also available: raclette, fondue and pierrade.
Beware to access the ground floor from the 1st floor there is a rather steep spiral staircase.
2nd floor:
1 double bedroom with 140cm bed and Mont Blanc view balcony and storage space
1 bedroom with double bed (140cm) and balcony with view
1 bedroom with twin beds
1 Italian-style shower room with toilet and washbasin
Ground floor (direct access from garden):
1 bedroom with bunk beds
1 room with sofa bed and chest of drawers
1 laundry room with washing machine
1 bathroom with toilet
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Wifi, Hairdryer, Television, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Iron, garden furniture.

Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, accessible by funicular, and the Montenvers railway, which leads to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5km-long valley of glaciers. There are many landscapes to discover all year round.
