Lovely property with everything you need and the location is excellent. Staff were lovely too… My only moan is the toilet in the apartment was not on the same floor as the bedrooms.

Lovely charming hotel.

Great hotel in central Chamonix. All the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. A great base from which to explore the Alps. Table football too! Recommend.

The hotel acts as a convenient base to explore Chamonix and the surrounding area. It has all the basics needed with good size rooms. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Although there are no tea or coffee facilities in the room, the hotel does provide hot and cold drinks in the lobby, and cake at 1600 each day is a nice touch. There was a good breakfast selection, and some excellent local produce.

We were so happy with this historical hotel, wonderful location, 2-5 minutes walking distance to center square Chamonix! Friendly staff, service were wonderful, afternoon free cake, it was delicious French pastries style, coffee 24/7, wooden interiors design was my favorite! I’m sure we’ll return to stay again next when we miss Mont Blanc, this hotel is our Chamonix home !

Excellent service!!! High standard! There was a coffee/ tea machine, a spring / sparkling water machine near the lobby. You can get hot or cold drink free any time. Buffet breakfast was included. Moreover, at 4pm delicious cakes and cookie were served free! You can borrow bicycles free as well. The lobby is bright and cosy and there were some games. The members of staff were very helpful and responded very quickly. Extraordinary good hotel!

The hotel is right on the river and just a block off the city center. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was excellent, and there was refreshments always available. The property is a little older, but well kept, safe, and quaint. We had a lovely stay and would (will) stay again!!

Absolutely loved our stay in this hotel, it was quite dated inside our room but the rest of the hotel was lovely. The staff were very polite, friendly and very helpful. The location is amazing and the views are incredible. Id definitely stay again.

Very cute hotel, the staff were very welcoming, especially Samr and Duniya, they made our stay so much better. The hotel itself was a little old fashioned but it does the job. Wouldn’t recommend for comfort but it’s in a nice location and the area is amazing.
