## Logement
Warm, spacious, bright and well-appointed, it has all the facilities you need for a pleasant stay.
It can accommodate up to 10 people and is ideal for a large family.
It includes:

- On the ground floor:
A twin room 80*190 with shower, sink and toilet;
A double room 160*200 with shower, sink and toilet;
A twin or double room 90*200 with shower, sink and toilet;
A twin or double room 90*200 with shower, sink and toilet;

- On the 1st floor:
A large living room - dining room with access to a wide balcony and offering a view of the entire Mont Blanc range;
An open kitchen with laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer;
A large double room with double bed of 160 and direct access to a bathroom + shower, washbasin and separate toilet.

- On the 2nd floor in mezzanine:
A room with single bed + trundle bed with a shower room, toilet and sink.

The following equipment will be at your disposal:
Gas heating, floor heating on the ground floor and radiators upstairs, 2 frigidaires, 1 dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, toaster/ kettle, fondue and raclette, games and books for children available, TV and wifi, etc.

Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

One of the advantages of the chalet is its brightness. It is also very popular for its practicality: large living room with Mont Blanc view and the majority of rooms below.
You can park up to 4 cars outside.

- 5 minutes walk from the delicious bakery - pastry "Mont Chou";
- near restaurants;
- bus stop serving the entire valley within 5 minutes walk.

Places of interest near the accommodation:
- the mythical domain of Grands Montets less than 5 minutes by car and/ or bus.
- the hikes of the small balconies South and North easily accessible from the chalet.

Also, do not miss the emblematic sites of Chamonix (10-15 minutes by car/ bus) such as: its pedestrian city center, the Aiguille du Midi, the Montenvers Station to visit the Cave and the Mer de Glace which offers a spectacular panorama, The museum of Crystals etc...

You will have transport cards to travel free of charge on the internal routes of the train between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the urban shuttles Chamonix Bus (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

## Emplacement
A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than just a resort: its valley is made up of 10 ski areas, an authentic, lively town center and a wide range of winter and summer activities (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, inviting you to a unique experience at 3800m altitude, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
