At the end of a narrow lane, this former village house, now a gîte, surprises with its layout that prioritizes space and light. Like a theatrical set, this place has been entirely renovated using reclaimed materials and repurposed vintage finds. The living room opens onto a small courtyard, ideal for enjoying summer evenings.
Located just 200 meters from a river perfect for fishing, the gîte also benefits from its proximity to village amenities such as a cheese shop, a bakery, a café-restaurant, as well as a tennis court, a pétanque area, a library, and a health center. At the gateway to the Périgord-Limousin Regional Natural Park, it offers the opportunity to discover unspoiled landscapes and the rich heritage of the Périgord Vert region. A few kilometers away, the Villars cave and the Puyguilhem castle bear witness to local history. Not to mention the richness of the surrounding nature, a verdant haven that gave the Périgord Vert its name.
