Paid an arm and a leg for a mediocre room with chipped furniture, broken floor tiles, cracked shower base, TV missing from bedroom and scuffed walls.

Room smelled moldy...it's a shame not to be able to open a window. One thing I did appreciate was the breakfast with a decent variety and real dishes and silverware as opposed to plastic which made it seem more classy and luxurious and not just another cheaper motel.

Good (and free) parking, well located near restaurants and close to UofI. Front desk staff very good. The rooms themselves felt a bit tired, especially the bathroom. They were comfortable enough, just nothing specia.

Being a Hilton honors member and having stayed at many of these properties, I expected so much more. Front desk girls were fabulous. Lobby appeared to be clean, elevators worked fine, parking was easy. The room was just clean enough that I would stay, no bed bugs. Old carpeting, our door was nearly impossible to open and close, bathroom had been surface cleaned, definitely no sanitation on either the room or the bathroom. It was a busy college parents weekend so I kind of expected they’d have prepared better, but also understand that they were likely rushing to get rooms ready. Beds were AWFUL… sinking in the middle. Pull out couch was filthy. And, checkout was noon, we’d gone to the game the night before so my kids were still asleep around 8:30- 9am, and we awoke to a housekeeper banging on our door, not once, not twice, but three times asking us when we were leaving. THAT was just totally inappropriate. We spent over $1200 on a room for two nights and were being rushed out in the morning hours before checkout.

Overall the facility was really nice. We will stay here again. The pool was fun they have a really nice outdoor seating area. The only thing that my family disliked was the quality of breakfast. After it sits out for so long you need to swap out the product. Otherwise,great place to stay

The facility itself is very clean, staff were very friendly, but the furnitures, doors and bathroom need renovation or replacement ! The door is misaligned, the bathroom barn door is super heavy to open and close. Inside the shower, you can see the stucco cracks, on the shower door corner, there’s water damage. Microwave panel has cutting hazard( we almost got cut), the desk chair’s armrest is peeled.(the plastic cracked and falling apart). The elevator was down, but no notice on other floors except first floor, we were waiting for more than 10 minutes, finally someone( customers) climbed upstairs and told us the elevator is down.

The room was not in great condition and the breakfast area ran out of egg options before the closing time. We’re eating keto so we didn’t have breakfast there. The staff we encountered was personable and friendly. The bed was comfortable.
