the room and slopside restaurant were wonderful. The hotel was not prepared for the crowd and it was utter chaos at checkout time. No carts were available forcing me to pay a bellhop or haul all my luggage myself. Parking was horrible

7 Springs is a small resort with big prices. It’s all corporate and they ruin a once great family resort when Herman Dupray used to own it. It’s overpriced and a joke now.

Perfect location and the most convenient to the slopes. Rooms: spacious, complete amenities Cleanliness: meh, the room was VERY DUSTY, particularly the surfaces of the headboards. Sheets and towels are fresh, clean, and white. Friendliness of staff: cleaning crew are super polite, nice, and kind. Front desk, not so much, had varied experiences w different staff.

The room was mediocre but the food was inedible. Service horrendous. NYE had few servers. They were making the tables drinks. Bussing tables. I felt terrible for them. Vail resorts bought the property and it has zero management. I’ve been coming for 30 years. I have never seen Such a mess here. The valet has 2 attendants at check out for about 500 cars It was a debacle. People started fighting. This place is nothing but a dump anymore. So sad. I will never go back. It was not the staffs fault but they do not have enough staff to take care of the patrons.
