The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 3*-rated chalet for rent in Chamrousse, overlooking the Vercors massif and within walking distance of the ski resort. It has a surface area of 100 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 150 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows

First floor

- Bedroom 2: a pull-out bed with a desk

1st floor
- 30 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area
- Kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower and WC

2nd floor
- Bedroom 3: with double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4: with bunk bed and 2 single beds
- Bathroom with bath, washing machine and dryer
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A private, west-facing 150 m² terrace and garden with furniture, ideal for enjoying fine weather.

The chalet is ideally located in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
