Located just 15 m. from the seafront of Koum Kapi, the rooms are an excellent choice for families or small groups seeking a high-standard stay in one of Chanias most sought-after coastal neighbourhoods. Its privileged position allows guests to enjoy the seaside atmosphere of Koum Kapi while being only a short walk away from Old Town.


Indoor Facilities
The two rooms are fully independent, yet together they can accommodate up to four guests in the existing beds, with the option to host two additional guests on the sofa beds. Each room features a queen-size bed with a premium-quality mattress, ensuring a relaxing and restful sleep, along with a comfortable sofa bed suitable for an extra guest or child.


Designed in a contemporary style, both rooms are decorated with refined furnishings and soft neutral shades that create a welcoming and soothing ambiance. Each room includes a private ensuite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower, offering comfort, practicality, and complete privacy.


For extra convenience, both rooms are equipped with a coffee machine and a separate sink area, giving guests the flexibility to prepare coffee or light snacks throughout the day. This layout provides two separate first-floor bedrooms, combining privacy and comfort.


Outdoor Facilities
Two private balconies complete the accommodation, offering pleasant outdoor corners where guests can start their day with a coffee, relax under the sun, or unwind in the evening while enjoying the lively seaside setting.


From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 8EUR per night/room from April to October and 2EUR per night/room from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival.

Built in the 16th century by the Republic of Venice, the bastion was a key element in the citys defensive system, symbolizing strength, protection, and architectural excellence. The name reflects the propertys deep connection to the Venetian heritage of Chania and its unique location within a setting shaped by centuries of history.
