The KADIANI'S HOUSE layout is optimized for families with children or a couple with friends.

Accessed through a small flowered courtyard via a beautiful inner stone stairway on the second floor of a 3-story orange building, KADIANI'S HOUSE offers 3 bedrooms and a spacious open-space living room/dining room and kitchen.

The bright main rooms with cooling tile floors have tasteful antique wooden furniture, 2 sofas, an armchair and even a chess-table for those relaxing moments at home! The dining area, across from a large bay window and crowned by a chandelier light fixture comfortably seats 6.
The orange-themed designed kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, including 2 different espresso machines, a grill and a microwave oven and much more.

There are 3 bedrooms in the home: a master bedroom with an empire-style double bed and a corner seat, another room with a double bed too and bookshelves as well as a children's room with bunk-beds - but perfectly suitable for 2 individual adults as well.

Furthermore, there is a bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine plus an additional separate toilet.

Although in the heart of Chania, you will also be able to relax outside on a wrap-around shaded veranda painted in warm golden orange tones or on the private little veranda off the master bedroom.

Last but least, KADIANI'S is right upstairs from an excellent locally renowned Mexican/Greek restaurant!

Just a few meters away you will find a supermarket and just across the street a bakery where you can enjoy your breakfast and coffee.
