VIP Villa is a 5 star luxury villa overlooking the bay of Akrotiri Chania. Designed by a sea lover, 3 of the 4 master bedrooms and both living rooms assure breathtaking panoramic views over the turquoise bay. It is fully equipped with all modern facilities and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.This stunning upscale villa has been designed with only 3 things in mind: luxury, privacy and enjoying the unique location... as it is one of the very few villas of the region to be in the first row of the sea. There are 5 private bedrooms, with following particularities.

1 seafront master bedroom located on pool level with en suite shower and toilet

1 seafront bedroom with double bed, an en suite designer's bathtub, shower and toilet

1 seafront bedroom with 2 single beds, ensuite shower and toilet

1 bedroom with double bed, view on the "white mountains", ensuite jet shower and toilet

1 seafront bedroom with 2 single beds, just next to the standalone bathroom

The stand alone bathroom has toilet, shower and bath.

The main entrance leads to the upper floor. On that level there are 3 master bedrooms There is also the small living area with a quality sofa bed. An extra bathroom with a bathtub and a shower can be found on that level, too. All bedrooms have access to balconies leading to steps down to the pool area.

On the lower floor pool lever is a minimalistic and modernly decorated living room, an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a dining area all offering amazing sea views plus another double bedroom en suite with a walk in shower. There is also a WC and a store room with washing machine. From this level you have access to the swimming pool and terraces.

Have a drink on one of the terraces, dive into the warm water of the infinity pool or simply relax on the "dream area" halfway down to the sea.

If you prefer the fresh sea to the cozy pool, take the rocky pathway to the sea and enjoy a salty swim in complete privacy.

Dine on the terrace and enjoy nothing else than some tasteful local wine, the gentle sound of the waves and the romantic sunset... apart of course from the valued company of your family or friends. We promise this will be a unique experience you`ll want to live over and over again.
