The Space: Welcome to 493 Luxury Suites! This beautifully appointed unit is found on the second floor of a historic building on King Street (above Sewing Down South, as seen on “Southern Charm”).

Step into the suite, where an entrance hall leads to the open floor plan kitchen and living space. The living area features comfortable group seating (with a queen-sized sleeper sofa) and a large 60” flat screen TV preloaded with the most popular streaming apps. The kitchen comes fully equipped and is ready for preparing your morning coffee or more elaborate meals.

The home’s two bedrooms each feature a plush queen-sized bed and a Smart TV. The first bedroom is an ensuite with a single vanity and shower/tub combination. The second bedroom utilizes the common bathroom off the hallway with its single vanity and shower/tub combination.

To get a $20/day parking pass, contact our concierge team at least 24 hours prior to arrival via phone, text, or booking platform with your name, suite, vehicle details, and duration needed. Your pass will be in your unit, granting access to our lot. Remember to display your pass; avoid personal spaces and Morris Brown AME Church's fence. Unauthorized vehicles may be booted or towed at owners' expense.
Guest Access: All guests staying with Stay Duvet have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston for a fee.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis

Short family vacation in Charleston

Perfect property to experience historic downtown Charleston and all that it has to offer. Easy walking distance to shopping, must see locations and some of the best restaurants the area has to offer. Property owners were great to work with and everything was as simple as possible.

This property really was just as described. Clean, cozy and awesome location. Perfect size for 2 couples, It was in an ideal location for exploring all of downtown Charleston, especially along King St. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Bedrooms/bathrooms were clean. I would recommend adding a Keurig coffee maker, more wine glasses and silverware in the kitchen. The living room couch needs to be replaced -the cushions were worn out. Can’t imagine anyone sleeping on it. The Tv was nice but crooked and on an angle as too big for the wall. Also, more amenities like toilet paper and add Kleenex…especially with pollen season.

This is located in the perfect location on King Street right in the middle of great shopping and restaurants. Communication was above and beyond what would be expected. They really know their stuff and are extremely helpful. The condo was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We were a family traveling to visit our son at college. It was perfect for us. I highly recommended and can tell you this is our now go-to instead of hotels In Charleston.
