This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

A great home for exploring Charleston! Only about a 15 minute walk downtown, around lots of restaurants, easy to find, very clean, and comfy beds. Plus the shower gets really hot (which we appreciated)! The parking space is a great addition as finding parking can be a bit difficult. Would definitely recommend the property.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was excellent. It was clean and ready upon arrival. We had plenty of good quality towels, which I appreciate. It was a good location, about a mile walk to King St. We felt safe in the neighborhood and there were several cute, small cafes, with excellent food. The host frequently checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely stay. This apartment is clean, quiet, and beautiful. We enjoyed being away from the hustle bustle of the city, but being close enough to pop in and out when we needed to. We found there were plenty of restaurants close to the place. Parking was super easy. The host was available if we needed- which we didnt! :)

Overall it was good. Would have preferred the weather had been better. The location of the property and access to it were not the easiest, especially as one of the members of our party is handicapped. However that is my fault for not reading through the description of the property. I did not realize until after I booked that it was an upstairs unit. Nevertheless, we managed and enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and comfortable.

True Southern Hospitality

We had an unfortunate accident at our home the morning we were leaving and the owners were very kind to work with us to move our trip up 1 day so we would be able to still have our vacation. The Owners also were so kind as to welcome us with a free bottle of wine and free delivery for the wine, cheese, and prosciutto to the residence. The area and the people are amazing. Truly make you feel like you are at home. We didn’t want to leave.. We have decided to make this a yearly family tradition. Thank You for everything! We appreciate you all!!

Decent but nothing more

Good size property and rooms. Easy to have free parking next to the property. Clean kitchen and nice little outside patio. Windows are on the older side, hard to open and close (and very dirty so probably haven’t been cleaned in ages.) While nice to let a breeze come in, surrounding is very noise as it is located next to a large hospital. If you like a good shower in the morning, look for another place, water pressure so weak you couldn’t even wash your hair…

Such a cute and clean place!!

This place felt very homey! A nice place to return too after a long day out exploring. If you bring a heavy suitcase, there are a couple sets of stairs to get to the upstairs unit. The bathroom was so spacious to get ready!
