Staff was very friendly, however, I was charged a $50 fee for booking through a third party site. There is a popl but no longer a hot tub. I could have booked at a better hotel with better amenities for less. This will be our last stay there. It had been a favorite for quick getaways with our kids.

We only stayed so our son could play in the pool with his cousins. The pool was closed with no telling of when it would be open again. The light around the mirror did not work, you only had a buzzing overhead light like you stopped at a gas station bathroom. And this is also a pet friendly hotel....with that being said there was dog poop in the middle of the hall way from shortly after the pool incident til after we went to check out the next morning. Dont plan on staying here again unless the pool is open.....then yet again maybe not since there is other hotels with pools.

Staff support was unusual, inattentive front desk staff and hovering, overly-personal staff at the Bar and Grille. Also, I was locked out of my room one and needed to get qa new key cards. I had several ongoing key-card issues following this. I was also very disappointed that the pool was out of order, and this was not shared with us until arrival time.
